The reason for this is that TheStinger in which the character appears takes place in the past. * HeyItsThatGuy / HeyItsThatVoice: Anyone who's seen the RAI version of ''WesternAnimation/WinxClub'' would probably recognize President Nixon's voice, as Mark Camacho does the voice of the Season 4 antagonist Gantlos.
