* TrendKiller: For a while, there was an notable trend of Roblox "myths", which was associated with accounts based on some fictional history the user made up, with LetsPlay/{{Flamingo}} bringing the genre's popularity to newer heights. However, when Kadzam was exposed for multiple controversies, the myth community collapsed overnight as the incredibly toxic environment combined with the massive drama resulted virtually no myth ever receiving a significant amount of attention. This was especially notable since other trends such as tycoon and obbies were other trends that were a part of Roblox history. [=KreekCraft=] has attempted to revive it as part of a project, but no progress has been made so far.

** Starting in early 2016, a massive rise to new players was seen, which ticked off older players. Some have blamed this on {{Lets Play}}ers. * DemandOverload: Its common nowadays to have Roblox going down on Saturdays. The reason?: Pet Simulator X releases a big update every Saturday, in which many players go to game to see what features are added into the new update, causing Roblox to go down for a few hours.

Pretty much every game from the early days of Roblox that relied on some kind of programming has been affected, though most in different ways. Issues range from minor things like malfunctioning weapons or vehicle tools, to massive, game-breaking bugs like respawn scripts that no longer function or game lobbies that you can never leave. More often than not, these broken scripts render games unplayable until the creator can fix them, but with games this old, it's usually not likely that they'll be repaired.
