**Whomps were going to be normal enemies but got degraded to one appearance in the final fight with Bowser. Fish Bones and Lakitus were also going to be fought, but got degraded to level hazards. Other enemies like the Crowber, Monty Mole, Inky Piranha Plant, Ptooie, Fishin' Lakitu, Deep Cheep, Bullet Bill, Bill Blaster, & Banzai Bill were going to be fought but were cut from the game.
