* WhatCouldHaveBeen: The ''Orphans'' miniseries was originally just two books. The first book (which consisted of four parts, each narrated by one of the four main characters) was instead split into four "minibooks". Later they were republished as an omnibus (same with the ''Wildflowers'' and ''Shooting Stars'' miniseries).
