** In April 2022, Anycolor folded their Indonesian and Korean branches into the main Japanese branch. Multiple ex-ID members have, with varying levels of subtlety, expressed their dissatisfaction with this arrangement and the overall lack of support compared to the Japanese-speaking talent or Nijisanji EN. This culminated in multiple ex-ID graduations starting in May 2023, with the group expected to lose three-quarters of their members by the end of May 2024 (From 19, 20 if Miyu Ottavia and her graduation in the Fall of 2022 is included, down to 5), leading to Hana Macchia joking that she'll probably be the last one standing.

** A members'-only chatting stream that Pomu did 4 days of Lazulight's second anniversary, whose archive was made publicly viewable due to Pomu deciding to make ''all'' of her members'-only content publicly viewable during her graduation stream, ended up being made private by management within a few days afterward. This was due to backlash against management stemming from Pomu mentioning that management had denied a, in her words, a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity, and her responding to a member of the Pomie Party mentioning "There's always next time" with "Maybe..........but not as Pomu". In retrospect, this was the first sign of Pomu wanting to, or already having submitted her request to graduate, and while she was not able to explicitly reveal what said opportunity was, the most likely guesses had been either a collab with the ''VideoGame/MetalGear'' franchise (With that honour instead going to Calliope Mori of Hololive), or with one of Pomu's favorite idol groups, ''Niji no Conquistador''.

** Zaion [=LanZa=] and management did not get along during Zaion's very short tenure, if statements by both are anything to go by. Zaion's public suspension was the first of its kind within Nijisanji EN, as was the extremely lengthy list of infractions disclosed in the PR statement announcing her termination. In response to being painted as a troublemaker, Zaion's actress published a 22-page document detailing each infraction (some of which she admitted were true, others which she argued were taken out of context), while also accusing management of fabricating reasons why she (and only she) couldn't use her personal gacha game accounts on stream, punishing her for reaching out to someone beyond her assigned manager for assistance, and leaving her exposed to doxxing and harassment following her public suspension. Most of her genmates touched on the subject following Zaion's termination and expressed hurt and/or exhaustion from the whole ordeal, with Kotoka noting that she "can't even wish Zaion well" in a short stream she did shortly after the termination announcement went public, while Finana vaguely recounted a time where she took Zaion's side on an issue regarding management and ultimately felt like she was "[[{{Gaslighting}} gaslit]]" by Zaion. The actress' comments on her former coworkers were mixed, stating that she has great respect for them, but -- in response to some of the comments made about her -- alludes to having information that would make a few of them look bad. During a Twitch subathon for her pre-Niji persona later in the year, she'd label both Kotoka and Finana as backstabbers over the above comments they had made about her, having been burnt by Kotoka's words in particular, as all 3 of them had been very close friends prior to any of them entering Nijisanji, and thus it really stung her to have both of them seemingly turn their backs on her during this whole ordeal. [[note]](It should be noted that despite Kotoka's initial statement, she would express her regret for her comments and would continuously bring Zaion up in a positive light on [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VlTN8wH0No&t=471s random]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xj1VxyN8JT8&t=10945s occasions.]]) [[/note]]

**A year's worth of ExecutiveMeddling surrounding Selen Tatsuki, as well as alleged bullying by staff and Selen's peers, came to a head on Christmas 2023. Selen's cover of "Last Cup of Coffee" was taken down by management mere hours after it was uploaded due to management having not cleared certain aspects of the music video; Selen would respond by giving fans the green light to [[KeepCirculatingTheTapes reupload the video]] in defiance of ANYCOLOR rules, and was so shaken by the lost effort and money that she attempted suicide. Selen never streamed for Nijisanji again, hiring a lawyer to help her get out of her contract after management allegedly harassed her and her emergency contact following the suicide attempt. For ANYCOLOR's part, they accused Selen of being extremely difficult to work with and stated that she ignored an ultimatum sent nearly six months prior to the Christmas incident. In an infamous response video following Selen's termination, Elira Pendora, Vox Akuma, and Ike Eveland backed ANYCOLOR's side, while expressing concern that Selen had potentially planned to spread lies and expose personal details about themselves as well as other Livers.
