Belguique is how it's spelled in the game's text strings. The Flare Gun is more of a test item than a firearm for player use.

* EarlyDraftTieIn: The PC and GBA versions are based off earlier versions of ''[=NightFire=]'' for the consoles. Some levels or events cut from the console game ended up here such as ''The Exchange'''s red gallery, ''Phoenix Fire'' having a garage section (which is still in trailers for the console game), a tailing Kiko segment from ''Countdown'', and a brief run through in the Space Defense Platform from ''Equinox''.

For Eurocom, MGM is considered responsible for the returning multiplayer character limitations from the N64 ''VideoGame/TheWorldIsNotEnough''.

* DummiedOut: Despite EA's policy on unused content since a certain [[VideoGame/PGATour game]] being pulled off shelves for hidden content, this game still has references to content that was made inaccessible to the player.
** There are six unused weapons in the console version: the Munitions Belguique [=PDW90=], claymores, [=FA1=] Clarion, Mustang Viper, Torpedo Launcher, and the Q-Pen. Only the latter two have been made usable along with a Flare Gun.
** Six cut missions in the game: ''Training'', ''Hidden Agenda'', ''Streets of Tokyo'', ''Atoll Infiltration'', ''Island Caves'', and ''River Gauntlet'' are found along with the rest of the text of the game.
** In the game's map loading data, there are two cut multiplayer maps known as ''Space Station'' and ''Facility'' which are inaccessible through any means.
*** The map loading data also reveals that the only remaining part of ''Equinox'' that made it to the final game is the fourth and final section. However despite having no maps to load, some data may still exist for them as loading their data into a pre-existing map causes Bond to start with armor just like in the fourth map.

the only remaining part first three sections of ''Equinox'' seem to have leftover behavior for Bond starting with armor that made it to the final game is the fourth and final section. However despite having no maps to load, some data may still exist for them as can be seen when loading their data map [=IDs=] into a pre-existing map causes Bond to start with armor just like in the fourth preexisting map.

Added DiffLines:

* WhatCouldHaveBeen: Eurocom originally conceived a game based on ''Film/YouOnlyLiveTwice'', mostly in part to reduce the amount of driving segments in the game as the driving team were busy with ''VideoGame/AgentUnderFire'' at the time. But EA wanted a game based on ''Film/{{Moonraker}}'' which resulted in the two compromising on a hodgepodge of elements from both and many other films.
** Unused voice clips indicate some levels were truncated. ''Equinox'' has only one section but at one point it originally had four with the only surviving part being saved for last.
** The console version had six levels left on the cutting room floor which were named ''Training'', ''Hidden Agenda'', ''Streets of Tokyo'', ''Atoll Infiltration'', ''Island Caves'', and ''River Gauntlet''. ''Hidden Agenda'' and ''Island Caves'' are still playable but only in the PC and GBA versions.
** Two multiplayer maps were cut from the console game. Known as ''Space Station'' and ''Facility''. Presumably based off the cut content of ''Equinox'' and ''Hidden Agenda''.
