* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: The physical release was hard to find for a while, as Funimation's license expired in 2018. However, Creator/DiscotekMedia rescued the series and released it on Blu-ray in 2021. And it is currently streaming on Amazon Prime courtesy of TMS themselves. Likewise Discotek also announced they've rescued the OVA series which never got a star side release with a brand new English dub.

Matsuena even admitted he was unhappy with this decision.

** Kyōko Ono was voiced by Kaoru Shimamura in the series but Shimamura died in 2013 of breast cancer. Touko Aoyama replaced her for Ono's appearance in OVA five.
