** After it's cancelation, Creator/AdultSwim offered to [[ChannelHop pick up the production]], which might have lead to a huge revival in the same vein as ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'' and ''WesternAnimation/{{Futurama}}'', but Nick refused to sign over the rights.

** The Hamstergeddon episode involved Ultra Peepi swaggering down the street, not by intention. It came back from animation that way, and Jhonen loved it and had the composer make funk music to go under it. "I want to hear BarryWhite saying 'Ultra Peepi.'"

* UnfinishedEpisode: Twenty-one planned episodes of the second season were unfinished at the time of its cancellation. Of these, seven were far enough along in production to have audio and storyboards included in the Zim's House Box Set DVD release (but not, ironically, in the so-called "Complete Invasion" Box Set).
