After the film's release, the name jumped 20 places up on the chart to become the 12th most popular girl's name, and then became the 7th most popular baby name in 2016 after it was released to DVD and Blu-ray.

* AuthorExistenceFailure: Yuko Takeuchi, the Japanese voice of Joy, commited suicide on September 27, 2020, meaning that she will have to be replaced if a sequel is announced.
