* InMemoriam: The 25th Anniversary Edition has one in the form of a Sega CD-style [[HilariousOuttakes blooper reel]] in which Creator/RLeeErmey (as Lyle the Handyman) enacts scolding the player in a GameOver scene... before cracking up a bit, both as a fitting end to the game and as a tribute to the actor himself who died of complications from pneumonia months prior to the game's release date.

* WhatCouldHaveBeen: According to some DeletedScenes in the Bonus Content section of the 25th Anniversary Edition, there were moments where Eddie would warn the player to not overload the trap system, and if the player overloaded the traps too much, it would be an automatic GameOver. In the final game, however, the only punishment you get for overloading the system, is that you lose control for one or two seconds.
