* BlindIdiotTranslation: Well... less so "translation", and more-so "transliteration". While the English dub was well-received and faithful to the series, the English [[UsefulNotes/ClosedCaptioning CC]] subtitles tend to poorly transliterate the game's FutureSlang. The word "gonk" in particular was changed to anything from "god" to "golf." Often the subs don't sync up with regular speech either, particularly during moments of heavy shouting and sound effects. This is in stark comparison to the direct translation subtitles[[note]]accessed by switching the audio language to Japanese and selecting English (non-CC) subtitles[[/note]], which, while occasionally falling into Main/{{Dubtitle}} territory, are a lot more polished by comparison. While some of these errors were fixed shortly after the anime's release, a number of mistakes still remain in the Closed Captioned subtitles.
