** [[DirtyCop Officer Frank Tepenny]]. If someone were tasked with listing out all of Tenpenny's defining character attributes, all they'd have to do is a textbook of sociopathy and nobody would be able to tell the difference: [[FauxAffablyEvil superficial charm]], a [[ItsAllAboutMe grandiose sense of self]], a fundamental incapacity for [[LackOfEmpathy human empathy]], willful and repeated exploitation of others without compassion or remorse, [[ConsummateLiar pathological lying]], a constant need for stimulation (his evil acts are done primarily [[ForTheEvulz for his own amusement]]), a complete inability to form genuine emotional attachments to anyone, and poor impulse control. All of these traits are attributes that Tenpenny displays frequently throughout the story, in addition to intimidating and threatening Carl, causing unnecessary harm, murdering those who want to expose his corruption, among other things.

** [[TheQueenpin Catalina]], also from ''[[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoSanAndreas GTA: San Andreas]]'', is a prime example of a sociopath with poor impulse control. She frequently shows signs of mishandling aggressiveness, has unpremeditated and thoughtless behavior, [[ForTheEvulz commits crimes out of hobby rather than necessity, enjoys stealing and killing]], lacks any kind of empathy or remorse, is not loyal to anyone, and seems to have forgotten Carl after meeting Claude (is very common in sociopaths short-lived emotions). ''[[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoIII GTA III]]'' also shows that she is incredibly manipulative, and has no problem betraying her promises, as evidenced in the final mission.

** Lance Vance fits the criteria for antisocial disorder very well. Unlike Tommy, who at least has loyalty and his fair share of EvilVirtues, Lance largely lacks it. Shallow charm? [[FauxAffablyEvil He is a great talker and possesses enough charisma to trick and manipulate others for his own personal gain]], such as when he convinced his brother to go into the drug market in ''[[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoViceCityStories GTA: Vice City Stories]]''. Excessive self-worth? He loves to talk about himself about how cool he is and has a very high self-perception. Impulsiveness? He is prone to doing foolish things out of his ego. Irresponsibility? He is a complete parasite who only causes trouble towards others. Not to mention the [[spoiler:final betrayal, which is possibly his lowest point in the game's storyline, cementing himself as completely selfish and disloyal]].
** Although not much information is known about his personality, Sonny Forelli fulfills most of the most predominant traits of sociopathy, despite his limited screen time. He is superficially charming towards Tommy, shows no trace of remorse or guilt, and has very poor self-control and a low tolerance for frustration, as evidenced when he calls out to Tommy in an incredibly furious manner.

** T-Bone Mendez is an utter psycho who's willing to kill or torture anyone to keep his business afloat, [[EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor and his sense of humor reflects that.]]
** Mike Toreno certainly qualifies as an example of a highly-functional sociopath. There is no doubt that Toreno is incredibly cold, false, manipulative, ruthless, a ConsummateLiar, is the head of a large-scale criminal operation, and he has no qualms about betraying others to further his goals after earning their trust. On the other hand, he is also incredibly methodical, brilliant, pragmatic, and while he has no qualms about sending Carl on dangerous life-and-death missions, at least he didn't betray his promises and promised to free his brother from jail, an example that not all sociopaths can be completely mean and dishonest.

He is also even [[HairTriggerTemper more impulsive]] than Tenpenny, being particularly violent and threatening Carl with death on many occasions.

** Toni Cipriani himself, possibly. Although his loyalty to Salvatore Leone is unquestionable, throughout the game he shows very few positive emotions, is easily irritated and aggressive, gets angry easily, is prone to extremely violent acts when he sets his mind to it, and has absolutely no problem in committing heinous acts under the orders of Donald Love and Ned Burner.
** Vincenzo Cilli, who, from the start, shows an unpleasantly controlling, vain, ruthless, disloyal and tempestuous personality. He also shows a very weak façade of being charming despite being incredibly petty, and has no qualms about betraying the Leone crime family out of spite.

** [[SilentProtagonist Claude]] is easily the GTA protagonist who best fits the criteria for anti-social personality disorder. The guy absolutely lacks remorse, guilt, or empathy; leads a life of crime very willingly, [[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder betrays and kills his former allies as if he had no conscience]], and ultimately seems to lead a life of crime simply for the money he earns from killing others, as well as seeking revenge on the psychotic woman who betrayed him. Even the closest thing he has to a PetTheDog moment in rescuing Maria seems to be challenged at the end. What makes Claude exceptionally sociopathic is that, unlike most GTA protagonists, he doesn't even have a FreudianExcuse or even [[TragicVillain a tragic event that motivated him to take up a life of crime]], all we know is that he was an illegal race runner and that's it, which gives us a sign that he was already leading an illegal life even before he met Catalina.

** Marty Chonks, the psychopathic owner of the Bitch'n' Dog Food factory in Trenton, which has fallen on hard times due to the ban on dogs. He makes Claude do dirty work by bringing various people he suspects of causing his bankruptcy to the factory to kill them, [[TheSecretOfLongPorkPies disposing of their bodies by putting them into his dog food]]. Among the people he kills two crooks he hired to break into his house so he could claim the insurance, only to fear that they could rat out on him, and his own wife who he suspects is spending his money.
