** Redtooth and later Darkclaw to Cluny the Scourge in ''Redwall''.
*** Cluny goes through a long series of Dragons, since none of them lasts very long. After Darkclaw dies Cluny favors Scragg. After Scragg dies, he sets up Cheesethief as a Dragon but then he unexpectedly he serves as a decoy and gets killed. By the final battle, Killconey loosely fills the role, and after that it ceases to matter.
