** Calvin's reaction to Spooner's story. She created the robots to be safe and helpful, but never considered ''this'' outcome.

** This makes all the taunting Spooner endured from his fellow police officers worse. Considering they were not only teasing a man who'd recently suffered a terrible tragedy. But one who was likely suffering from survivor's guilt. [[SarcasmMode Yeah, real funny joke about a robot committing a crime guys.]]

** Adding to that, when Spooner first stumbles upon the NS-4's getting destroyed by their newer models, one grabs onto his ankle, short-circuiting and missing its legs to say one word before shutting down. "''Run''...!"

* Gloria [[spoiler:almost losing her robot nanny. ''At age 8'']]. Even Susan Calvin is moved to tears.

* The older model-robots [[spoiler:following their orders to protect humans by [[YouShallNotPass intercepting the new robots, and getting destroyed in the process.]]]] Shortly before that, [[spoiler:Spooner looking into the containers, while Lanning's voiceover talks about how the robots tend to cluster together in their containers, in a sort of human way.]]

* Sonny finally admitting [[spoiler: he was instructed by Lanning to kill him. He looks like he's on the verge of tears he cannot shed as he struggles to comprehend his own feelings about being asked to kill his beloved father figure.]] Spooner's sympathy makes it more poignant.

** "I found out she wanted to be a dentist. (chuckles sadly) What little girl wants to grow up to be a dentist?"

*** More tragic on that note--Spooner is someone's baby (his grandmother's) too, but the way he talks about it means he's clearly stopped considering himself as worth anything anymore.

** Honestly I'm not sure which scene is worse. The one where the older model-robots are all annihilated ''defending'' someone. Or a moment before that, when they weren't even putting up a fight! Makes me cringe everytime I see it.
* Sonny, finally admitting [[spoiler: he was instructed by Lanning to kill him. Sonny looks like he's on the verge of tears he cannot shed as he struggles to comprehend his own feelings about being asked to kill his beloved father figure.]] Spooner's sympathy makes it more poignant.

** It's even worse when he reveals his TragicKeepsake--her necklace. Which means Spooner either saw her body in the morgue, or Sarah's remaining family members gave it to him at the funeral. Poor guy.

** Honestly I'm not sure which scene is worse. The one where the older model-robots are all annihilated ''defend'' someone. Or a moment before that, when they weren't even putting up a fight! Makes me cringe everytime I see it.

** Now she knows why he hates robots.

* When the robots break into the police station, the Chief does not stop to question why. He pulls out a shotgun and blows two away, in SLOW MOTION, no less.
* Sunny is carrying the [[spoiler: Vitally important nanites that will save the world from robot invasion]],and he runs into two robots. After dispatching the first one, he tosses the [[spoiler:nanites]] into the air, tears the second robot apart, and then catches the [[spoiler: nanites]] before they hit the ground. In slow motion.
** When the main character slides down [[spoiler: V.I.K.I.'s]] network and injects the [[spoiler: nanites]]. It is only made more awesome by the last line from the villain, "My logic is undenia..bl..e"
** Although the main character's retort wasn't without awesomeness:

--->'''Del''': You have ''so'' got to die.
* Really, every action scene in the entire movie is a [=CMoA=], especially the highway scene, due to Spooner's absolute ''[[TheDeterminator refusal to die]]''.
* Right after the highway scene, Spooner is sitting down and then a surviving robot suddenly tries to crush him with his car. The robot misses but proceeds to kick Spooner's ass. Finally, the robot corners Spooner takes a pipe thing that Spooner had been fighting with and starts to wail on Spooner's raised arm. Spooner shows no physical damage even though these robots have to force to dent metal with there fists. The robot looks at the pipe and a "what the hell" look. Then we see Spooner's arm flashing sparks and it's ''metal''. Spooner then sarcastically goes: "Yeah". Cue awesome music and a beat down ensues.
* ''"I would prefer not to harm Dr. Calvin" [[spoiler:(wink)]]''.
* Everything between "[[OhCrap There is no way my luck is that bad...]] (robots power up) [[ThisIsGonnaSuck Oh, hell no...!]]" and "What the hell do you want from me?!"
* Sonny. Cracking a robot's skull with the crook of his elbow, throwing another through a sheet of glass, and [[spoiler: jumping at high speed down a bottomless pit to save the girl.]] He pretty much is a BadAss in the truest sense of the word, yet [[spoiler: retains his sense of morality and duty.]]
** Sonny didn't have anything to be afraid of, jumping down a bottomless pit. After all, he's [[{{Firefly}} a leaf on the wind]].
* The scene when the citizens of Chicago band together to fight the NS-5s. [[spoiler:Even when they get their butts kicked it's still awesome.]]
* The older USR robots fighting against the NS-5s. They seem to be pretty capable of fighting them, but the NS-5s were too strong for them. One older robot grabs Spooner's leg, telling him to "run". Then the NS-5s chase after him, Spooner run pass some storage where more of the older models jump out to protect Spooner.
