Kiryu, however, chooses not to take Yoshito down with them, and frees him just in time for his support aircraft to arrive and rescue him. Just before falling from ~~death at~~ the ~~end of ''Film/GodzillaTokyoSOS''.)~~machine, Yoshito sees a final message scroll across Kiryu's diagnostics panel. "Sayonara, Yoshito."
