* {{Awesome but Impractical}}: The Weapon Modifier Doomsday Weapon. It causes a weapon to deal Infinity damage, which will instantly kill anything that isn't immune, even ignoring other non-immunity death prevention effects! The downsides are pretty harsh; it costs 15 points to apply (for reference, 10 points is considered the standard for regular characters), making it impractical for many player characters. Even if you could afford it (or if you are a Game Master), it takes 2 full-round actions to charge, and you could very well be killed in that time. Finally, if you can't fire it after the charge time, the weapon explodes and is lost.

* {{Ragtag Bunch of Misfits}}: Pretty much how every group of Gladiators ends up. All of them likely have multiple weakness and are certainly weaker than the Final Boss. The reason they come together to face the Final Boss can vary, but one thing is certain; they'll be varied.

* {{Time for Plan B}}: Obviously happens a lot with Gladiators, who typically have to come up with a backup plan when their usual game plans don't work for one reason or another.

''Kill Sector'' is a free {{Tabletop RPG}} created by Noah Eadie and Tyson Thatcher. Released on December 19, 2018, players play as Gladiators with the overall objective of killing a Gauntlet's worth of enemies, and eventually, the {{Final Boss}}. One player takes up the role of the {{Game Master}} (known in game as the Gauntlet Master), whose job it is to build the Gauntlet and provide the other players a challenge through their enemy and arena design.

* {{Chainsaw Good}}: Chainsaws are very good weapons in ''Kill Sector''; they deal damage well above what the usual weapons you could wield with that many hands. Special note to the High-Octane Diesel Chainsaw, one of the few weapons capable of dealing Obliterative Damage (the total of 3d100, whereas most weapons deal within 1d100) without any modifiers, although only for one turn before starting to fall off.

* {{Final Boss}}: The final challenge in a session, the final boss can vary wildly. One thing is true though; they are often far stronger than any player character, making it very likely that they'll kill one of the player characters.

* {{Gladiator Games}}: The base assumption is that your player characters are Gladiators in some sort of arena, though how they get to that point can vary wildly.

* {{Point Buy System}}: This is how you build characters in ''Kill Sector''; you get 10 points (at base) to spend on various Functions, which include weapons, powers, and other general modifiers to your character. You can get more by taking Weaknesses, up to a maximum of 10 points worth of Weaknesses.
