* WesternAnimation/EvilConCarne - Creator Maxwell Atoms willingly ended the show after one season; both this and fellow creation WesternAnimation/TheGrimAdventuresOfBillyAndMandy, both spin-offs of WesternAnimation/GrimAndEvil, were popular, but he didn't want the stress of showrunner showrunning two cartoons at once. There was a second season, but it only consisted of four episodes. Con Carne characters were rolled into the Billy and Mandy universe over time.

* WesternAnimation/Fantomcat

* WesternAnimation/ForkyAsksAQuestion
* WesternAnimation/TheFoxbusters

* WesternAnimation/Freakazoid - Two seasons of 24 episodes total. It gained quite a cult following.
* WesternAnimation/FreakShow

* WesternAnimation/MadJackThePirate
* WesternAnimation/MakingFiends- 6 episodes with three segments each before Nick decided to screw it over big time.
* WesternAnimation/MaoMaoHeroesOfPureHeart - Aired for one season of 40 episodes before being seemingly abandoned by Creator/CartoonNetwork in mid-2020.
* WesternAnimation/Marsupilami (Disney series) - 13 episodes with three segments each. The producer of the comic this was based on decided to file a lawsuit, which stopped any more episodes.
* WesternAnimation/MaryKateAndAshleyInAction
* WesternAnimation/MaryokuYummy
* WesternAnimation/MegaManRubySpears - Despite high ratings, it was canceled after the second season largely due to poor toy sales. 27 episodes in all.
* WesternAnimation/MegaManFullyCharged - A poor time slot and being left to die by Cartoon Network meant 52 episodes was all we got.
* WesternAnimation/MegasXLR - Another high ratings show and managed to gain two seasons, but cancelled due to a CEO change at Cartoon Network who didn't "get it" (though the showrunners at least kept the ending open-ended).
* WesternAnimation/TheMightyB
* WesternAnimation/MightyDucksTheAnimatedSeries - 26 episodes were made before it got a game misconduct.
* WesternAnimation/MikeLuAndOg
* WesternAnimation/MinaAndTheCount - Technically, it was a series of shorts that aired on Creator/CartoonNetwork's WesternAnimation/WhatACartoonShow and Creator/Nickelodeon's WesternAnimation/OhYeahCartoons rather than its own series proper. Nick however never saw fit to greenlight it despite positive reception.

* WesternAnimation/MonstersVsAliens2013

* WesternAnimation/MotownMagic
* WesternAnimation/TheMrMenShow
* WesternAnimation/MyDadTheRockStar - Despite having good ratings, creator Gene Simmons ended the series after 26 episodes to focus more on other projects.
* WesternAnimation/MyGoldfishIsEvil
* WesternAnimation/MyLifeMe - On top of being given no promotion and an abysmal timeslot, Creator/Teletoon burned off every episode of the series in a single month before taking it off the air permanently not long afterwards
* WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyTales
* WesternAnimation/MyPetMonster

* WesternAnimation/NapoleonDynamite

* WesternAnimation/PinkyElmyraAndTheBrain - It was unceremoniously ended after 13 episodes due both to fan outcry and the producers themselves utterly hating the concept.
* WesternAnimation/PinkyMalinky - It only ran for three seasons in 2019.
* WesternAnimation/PirateExpress - Aired the entirety of its single 26-episode season in the span of a single week before being taken off the air permanently.

* WesternAnimation/RawToonage
* WesternAnimation/RaymanTheAnimatedSeries - 26 episodes were planned, but only 4 were completed.
* WesternAnimation/ReadyJetGo - At least compared to Creator/CraigBartlett's other shows, both of which had 100 episodes over the course of 8-11 years. Ready Jet Go! lasted 64 episodes (each with TwoShorts that lasted 11 minutes) over the course of 3 years, making it very nearly a SixtyFiveEpisodeCartoon and the shortest-lived of his works.

* WesternAnimation/Rollbots
* WesternAnimation/RubyGloom - Spanned 40 episodes in 2 seasons.

* WesternAnimation/SabrinaTheAnimatedSeries - Lasted one season and stopped at 65 episodes.

* WesternAnimation/SoulQuestOverdrive
* WesternAnimation/SpacedOut
* WesternAnimation/TheSpaghettiFamily
* WesternAnimation/TheSpectacularSpiderMan - Two full seasons, but one of the few cases where it wasn't cancelled because of low ratings or executive decision (heck, if anything fans loved the show and it was critically acclaimed to boot), but rather rights issues. At the time, Disney had bought up Marvel and began the Marvel Cinematic Universe, taking up the copyrights of superheroes. Spider-Man was still in Sony's hands, however, and they refused to give up the film rights, but agreed to give away the TV rights instead. This unfortunately meant Spectacular Spider-Man had to be cancelled since, if Disney wanted to continue it, they would have to pay Sony to keep doing so since the cartoon was made in-house at Sony and technically their property. Naturally, Disney refused on that front much to the dismay of fans. If that wasn't bad enough, the series ended on a major DownerEnding which was meant to lead into the third season.
