SurrealHumor.

* CreepyTwins: Tony and Charles are twin brothers, and while they're not intended to be creepy, the UncannyValley nature of this series, as well as Charles rephrasing whatever Tony says, makes them look like this. They also seem sinister at times since their earlier appearances mostly had them {{Troll}}ing Mikey.

* DenserAndWackier: The original ''Vermilion Pleasure Night'' sketches were deadpan, morbid, and unsettling, while the TV series has a much more expressive, cartoony delivery with a focus on absurd humor.
