* BigBad: The Great LeaderDai-shuryo, formerly of Shocker and Destron, is back as the master of Black Satan. In #26, the Great Leader reveals his new form, a man-sized spider, and is apparently slain by Stronger, after which his place is taken by the Delza Army, a BigBadEnsemble led by General Shadow, formerly TheDragon of Black Satan. However, once Shadow falls, the Great Leader appears again as Rock Great Leader, a giant rockman containing an alien brain which is seemingly vanquished by the first seven Riders.

* TheDragon: Inititally, Black Satan has Titan, who is slain in #13. He is replaced by General Shadow in #14, then...
** CoDragons: Titan is revived in #17, joining General Shadow. After Titan is KilledOffForReal in #23, Dead Lion joins #24 only to disappear after Black Satan falls. Delza Army's Majin are all CoDragons as well as the new MonsterOfTheWeek.

* SuperMode: Charge-Up form. Notable as the first example in the Kamen Rider franchise; previous riders had gotten upgraded powers as their shows went on, but they were permanent prior to this: TrainingFromHell or a new technological tweak resulted in beating the crisis of the day and presumably being stronger thereafter, and when you realize they increase their powers as much as the new guys do but without any changes to the suit, it's no surprise to see the old Riders keeping up with the new ones in the team-up movies. However, an actual form change happens for the first time here, as does the "it's crazy strong but has requirements/drawbacks" idea.

Former football player Jou Shigeru allows himself to be captured and altered, becoming the Electric Human Stronger. When he is forced to pledge loyalty to Black Satan's Great Leader, he shows his true colors by calling himself Kamen Rider Stronger and escaping to seek out revenge against Black Satan for killing a friend of his. While escaping from their base, he rescues a woman who had been altered by Black Satan (but not brainwashed), Misaki Yuriko, who became the Electro-wave Human Tackle. She helps Stronger in his battle against the Black Satan organization.
