** [[PsychoPsychologist Sahan]], real name Geonu Shin, is a member of the "Angels of Death" and specializes in vampire recruitment. Once a psychologist who despised his patients for not following his advice, Sahan throws his lot in with the mysterious vampire progenitor God and becomes a vampire with hypnosis abilities. Sahan recruits troubled and abused teenagers and then preys on them, twisting them into vampire CannonFodder. When one of his subjects refuses, Sahan has her [[MindRape mentally violated]] with visions of her abusive father. Later, he tries to kill the heroine Hayan in the same manner. Sahan eventually tries to force his {{brainwashed}} students to fight to the death against Hayan, and when that fails, attempts to have hundreds of innocents rip their hearts out if she doesn't submit to his monstrous aims. After his defeat, Sahan, in a psychotic rage, attempts to backstab and kill his comrades in the other Angels of Death out of spite.

* ''Webcomic/TowerOfGod'': [[BloodKnight Lo Po Bia Ren]], aka Yuga, is a [[Characters/TowerOfGodRankers member of the Royal Enforcement Division]] who was sent to kill a [[Characters/TowerOfGodPrincessesOfJahad Princess of Jehad]] for giving birth to a child carrying her powers. Ren would [[HouseFire set her house on fire]] while she's still inside, burning her alive, and when her daughter, Anaak Jehad, vows vengeance for her mother's death, Ren infiltrates the Submerged Fish Hunt Test and gleefully taunts Anaak about being her mother's killer. Defeating Anaak, he has his Bull capture Endorsi Jehad and tries to force her to kill Anaak. When Anaak and Endorsi team up, Ren attempts to kill the two, crushing Anaak with his foot. When Anaak and Endorsi are saved by Yuri Jehad and proceeds to defeat Ren, he sends his Bull to kill Baam and Rachel, due to the former's status as an [[Characters/TowerOfGodIrregulars Irregular]].

** ''Webcomic/VixenNYC'': [[BigBad General Mustapha Maksai]], Mari Jiwe's [[EvilUncle monstrous uncle]], is undisputedly her greatest nemesis. Obsessed with the power of Anansi's totem, Maksai employs the [[EvilPoacher vicious black market poacher Aku Kwesi]] to kidnap numerous girls throughout New York in search of its current wielder. Maksai's cruelty is unrivaled in his quest for power, as it's revealed he [[PlayingWithSyringes experimented]] on his own followers to create [[HalfHumanHybrid animal-human hybrids]]; Maksai preys on those with injuries and heals them by transplanting animal body parts, which will rot and kill his subjects without regular doses of his serum. After his initial death, Maksai's spirit survives in the totem, stealing power from Anansi himself as he works to possess Mari and get her to kill herself. Escaping, Maksai sadistically threatens to slaughter his own family and uses his newfound power to mutate hundreds throughout New York into suffering, monstrous slaves, setting them to drown the city in blood. ** "Nightmare Island" arc: [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Daedin Alacore]] is the chairman of Alacore Industries, and the one responsible for the degradation of Volkan Island. Having secured a deal with a company to supply them with non-human SuperSoldiers, Alacore took advantage of the deranged [[EvilutionaryBiologist Dr. Beverly Hastings]]'s plans to create the perfect marine-human hybrid by assisting her with her plans of [[TakeOverTheWorld world domination]] in return for her formula. Hastings would go on to kill dozens of people to test out her newest creation, with Alacore even ordering her to kill the scientists on the island to cover up loose ends. Once Alacore acquires the formula, he sends out the ninja Kijo to take out Hastings and her Subject 37 creature, feeling that they've [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness outlived their usefulness]].
** "Fantasy Funland" arc: "[[{{Sadist}} Miss Bliss]]" is an elusive criminal on the [=ShadowNet=] who makes a living [[PsychoForHire offering her services to others]] through the BlackMarket. Having engaged in crimes like drug trafficking and selling hazardous sex androids in the past, Bliss offers her services to struggling Fantasy Funland owner Dalton Trayer, establishing a [[HumanTraffickers human trafficking]] operation underneath the park to [[OrganTheft sell young women's organs for money]]. In her spare time, Bliss engages in torturing women until they break, gaining an immense amount of pleasure from it. Having captured Madison to be tortured for information, Bliss decides to keep her as her own personal pet, before attempting to kill Reena once she escapes and frees her stock.

* ''Webcomic/SweetHome2017'': In a world filled with literal monsters, two of the criminals prove HumansAreTheRealMonsters:
** [[BigBad Joon Shin]] is a sociopathic killer who will [[NoHonorAmongThieves gladly throw anyone under the bus]] if it means he can survive. A BadBoss who used threats to bring together his group of criminals, Joon came up with the idea to feed people to the monsters to ensure they could survive, no matter how many innocent people were killed in the process. After arriving at the apartment, Joon quickly gains control over everyone there, killing Seon even though she wasn't a threat and even setting [[HarmlessVillain the Blob]] on fire. Joon goes on to kill Sangsu, one of his loyalists in the apartment, just to leave his body for the monsters as a distraction and [[ItsAllAboutMe ensure his own survival]].
** [[AxCrazy Gapsu Seo]] is a violently unstable murderer whose first act in the apartment is to defy Joon's orders to befriend Dusik, instead killing him [[ForTheEvulz just because he could]]. Gapsu's also a SerialRapist, and it's hinted that one of his victims was underage. After transforming into a monster, Gapsu tries to do just one thing: [[AttemptedRape rape Hyein]], showing just how much he enjoys his crimes. An utterly insane and remorseless sociopath, Gapsu may have the least focus of all the criminals but [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil his actions are far and away the most disturbing in the entire comic]].

* ''Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick'': The silly-seeming but utterly ruthless [[BigBad Xykon]] plans to unleash the destructive Snarl to obliterate his enemies, uncaring of warnings that it is a beast with the potential to destroy the world. Sacking Azure City to claim their gate which will help him control the Snarl, Xykon gleefully uses a Symbol of Insanity to cause their entire guard to kill each other, deeming it to be the [[ForTheEvulz most fun way]] to wipe them out. In [[[[Recap/TheOrderOfTheStickStartOfDarkness Start of Darkness]] his backstory]], when a then-child Xykon's dog dies and he resurrects it, he happily watches it devour a bird, showing he was twisted [[EnfantTerrible from the start]]. As a teenager, Xykon kills and zombifies anyone who bothers him in any way, including a man offering to train him as a sorcerer and [[SelfMadeOrphan his own parents]] for having let the man into their house at all. In the present, now a SorcerousOverlord, Xykon carries out horrific acts solely for his own amusement and abuses his goblin henchmen to the point one tries to assassinate him. Allowing the brother of his would-be assailant to kill his brother, Xykon binds him to his service, then mocks him and forces him to bring his brother back as a zombie. Trapping the souls of two mages within a gem where they are doomed to [[AndIMustScream suffer for eternity]], Xykon is a PsychopathicManchild of a ruler devoted only to hurting others to entertain himself.

* ''Webcomic/PieGame'' [[AxCrazy The First Floor Man]] is a [[EvilCripple disabled person]] who hides a disturbing sadistic streak. Joining the Money Game, the he First Floor Man killed all of the other competitors within a month to be able to join the Pie Game. [[ManipulativeBastard With a penchant for manipulation]], the First Floor Man manipulates the Sixth Floor Man to be his puppet, torturing him when he gets exposed. Causing strife between the Fourth and Third Floor Men, the First Floor Man cripples the Fourth Floor Man out of sheer amusement. Capturing the protagonist and the Second Floor Woman, the First Floor Man [[PlayingWithSyringes conducts an experiment on them]], [[DrivenToMadness driving the latter to insanity]]. Discovering his former ally, the Seventh Floor Woman, has a child, the First Floor Man attempts to "buy" the child purely for the purpose of [[WouldHurtAChild torturing her]] in front of her mother. Driven by sadistic pleasure more so than greed, the First Floor Man stands out compared to his other morally bankrupt competitors.

* ''Webcomic/PieGame'': The [[AxCrazy First Floor Man]] is a [[EvilCripple disabled man]] driven by sadistic pleasure. After [[BadPeopleAbuseAnimals killing multiple animals]] in the outside world, the Man he joined the Money game and [[SerialKiller killed all seven competitors in under a month]], exchanging all of his winning prizes to join the Pie game. Getting the sympathy of others, the Man has the Sixth Floor Man as his puppet for his upper-class tyranny, only to [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness torture him once he is exposed as the mastermind]]. To gain more money by exchanging fun to the game masters, the Man manipulates the Fourth Floor Man's arson plan to look like a "saint" to the Third Floor Man after replacing him to be at the upper floor and saving him when he nearly dies from suffocation, mocking the Fourth Floor Man and crippling him. Later, the Man [[PlayingWithSyringes conducts a human experiment]] on the protagonist and the Second Floor Woman, [[DrivenToMadness driving the latter to insanity]]. After betraying the Seventh Floor Woman, the Man makes a false alliance with the protagonist, and after buying information on the Seventh Floor Woman, attempts to he attempts to "buy" her daughter to [[WouldHurtAChild torture her]] in front of her mother. Eventually, the Man plans to kill the protagonist when the latter believes that the former has gone too far.

* ''Webcomic/{{Trace}}'': [[ArchnemesisDad The father]] of [[TheTrickster Jeong Hee-sub]] was a MadScientist studying the Trace. Formerly a loving father desperate after discovering that he and his family were becoming Traces, he started to use humans as material. Selling his own family to the government, he subjected them to lethal experiments of which only Hee-sub could escape. Sewing the mouths of his "material", Hee-sub's father used the families of many innocent traces—[[WouldHurtAChild children included]]--as guinea pigs, severing their heads and preserving them around him. When Hee-sub and hero Kim Yun-Seong came to his secret laboratory, Hee-sub's father tried to excuse himself claiming that he did it for the sake of humanity before trying to kill or experiment in them. Dying ranting that he wouldn't ask forgiveness to his victims, Hee-sub's father killed entire families for his own greed and curiosity.

** [[OmnicidalManiac Lord English]] himself, [[BigBad Lord of Time and leader of the Felt]], is an invincible, time-manipulating monstrosity summoned at the end of the universe, and is the one greatest threat in the story. Initially [[{{Jerkass}} Caliborn, a condescending cherub]], he becomes much worse after he completes his game of Sburb and has his soul merged with Gamzee's and Arquius's. Right after being summoned through the death of his servant Doc Scratch, English immediately sets out wreaking havoc. Using his powers of virtual omnipotence, English massacred the Horrorterrors, murdered Andrew Hussie out of spite from when he was still Caliborn, and obliterated a dream bubble, annihilating the hundreds of failed timeline souls within and causing horrible damage to the fabric of reality. Ultimately, everything English does is a result of his limitless desire to [[CainAndAbel hurt his sister beyond repair]], as well as hurt everything else, and English is ultimately the one character [[TheDreaded feared and dreaded]] by everyone else.

* ''Webcomic/{{Unsounded}}'': [[FatBastard Arctrit Ramora]], [[OnlyKnownByTheirNickname known almost exclusively as Starfish]], is the leader of the Red Berry Boys, a criminal gang that kidnaps people, vivisects them, and replaces their organs with First Silver, which they then smuggle across the country. The procedure leaves their victims alive, but [[AndIMustScream in a constant state of agony]], the Silver feeding off their pain and gradually turning them into a gigantic monstrosity. Since Starfish is paid by the body, not by the amount of Silver in each body, [[WouldHurtAChild he targets children for the procedure]] to stretch out his supply and weasel extra money out of his employers. Starfish has no empathy for anyone, including his own men. When one of them is grievously injured and begs for help, Starfish simply smiles and caves in the man's skull. After Quigley outlives his usefulness, Starfish goes back on his promise to release his child captives, tries to have Quigley drowned while forcing the man's son, Matty, to watch, and states Matty will undergo the procedure as well. Starfish is also a child molester, and, after knifing a prostitute who interferes, attempts to kidnap the seemingly ageless child protagonist, Sette, as a SexSlave for himself.

** [[MadBomber Drezz Vargo]] is a twisted {{Pyromaniac}} with a mile-long rap sheet of arson and destruction. Vargo [[PsychoForHire offered his services]] to those on the [=DarkNet=], such as supplying Mr. Jack with enough explosives to destroy six city blocks, anticipating the amount of death that would've ensued. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ADr8CuuPgI After faking his death]] to ward off the police, Vargo decided to work for [[ConMan scam artist]] Len Fyzer on his plan to destroy unoccupied [=NewGen=] factories. Trapping Reena and Madison in a factory, Vargo reveals that he implanted an explosive that will destroy an entire city block, laughing as he leaves them to die. After getting fed up with Fyzer's conscience, Vargo tries to have him, Reena, and Madison killed in a collapsing warehouse with plans to murder [=NewGen=]'s boss Tyrone afterwards.
