When Winter Schnee publicly calls him a coward, Adam demands she take it back; when she doesn't, Adam [[DisproportionateRetribution seeks her home]] and [[RevengeByProxy murders her wife]] and [[WouldHurtAChild infant daughter]] out of pure spite. When Winter arrives a moment too late, Adam [[CruelMercy briefly spares her so she'll die in pain]], then sets her apartment on fire to escape in the chaos; fresh off this incident, Adam attempts to murder Ciel Soleil's team and kills her partner Dawn. Leading his forces across the kingdom, the High Priest kills anyone in his way and forcibly conscripts the rest into his loyal soldiers, personally slaying 150 people himself. Throwing away the lives of his soldiers when [[Characters/RWBYJauneArc Jaune Arc]] attacks, the High Priest then takes his 200 recent conscripts hostage, saying that he'll execute them all if Jaune doesn't face him while planning to execute them all anyway just to MakeAnExampleOfThem; he even takes the time to strangle one of his hostages to death just because she happened to resemble Pyrrha Nikos.

* ''WebVideo/FixingRWBY'': [[Characters/RWBYCinderFall Cinder Fall]] is an ambitious agent of [[Characters/RWBYSalem Salem]], whose actions have left the world in a state of disunity and chaos. Cinder is responsible for stealing the powers of the Fall Maiden by killing the previous host, causing the Fall of Beacon, and has the deaths of countless civilians and friends of [[Characters/RWBYRubyRose Ruby Rose]] at her feet. * ''Fanfic/FiveMinutesToMidnight'': [[WouldHurtAChild Pan]] is the jovial, [[PsychopathicManchild childlike]] leader of the Sunrise Society crime syndicate. Responsible for several accounts of [[HumanTrafficking child trafficking]] all across Mistral and beyond, Pan and the Sunrise Society abduct countless children and sell them off to wealthy families, with [[Characters/RWBYCinderFall Cinder Fall]] and Emerald Sustrai being but two of many children, ending up child slaves in the Glass Unicorn. The children are mistreated, underfed, and implied to be sleep-deprived under the Sunrise Society's care, and the clients and members of the Sunrise Society aren't safe from Pan's power and wrath either, with the former killed if their activities attract too much legal attention, and the latter forced to join after the Sunrise Society bribes local hospitals into stopping treating their sick and wounded relatives unless they work for them. When Qrow Branwen, [[Characters/RWBYYangXiaoLong Taiyang Xiao Long]], and Cinder storm his main base, Pan has no issue trying to imprison and later on kill them, with Cinder being no more than 15.

* "CFVY" and "Vacuo" Arcs:
** Jax Asturias manages to be [[AdaptationalVillainy even worse]] than his canon counterpart. On top of running an international HumanTrafficking ring that leads to countless slaves being sent to Carter and Jacques, Jax deals bad heroin that leads to countless deaths. After ordering the deaths of all his customers, Jax has his slaves and forces move through the Vacuo countryside killing everyone they see, leading to over five thousand deaths, and [[FrameUp framing]] Atlas for all of them. Jax's ultimate end goal is to start a war between Atlas and Vacuo so he can martyr hundreds of his own people and destroy both Atlas and Mantle, even personally [[SiblingMurder murdering his own sister]] when she gets in his way.

* [[DirtyCop Commander Simon Blade]] is an Atlesian nationalist who views the citizens of Mantle as expendable. Believing himself to be JudgeJuryAndExecutioner, Blade [[KillerCop executes]] every person he sees committing a crime out of the belief that they're scum compared to him. Twice executing drug busts that kill everyone inside, including one person who tries to flee, Blade previously murdered Henry Marigold for [[DisproportionateRetribution stealing pharmaceuticals]], sparing May so that she may spread the story from "the city that actually matters". Later on, Blade allies with Arthur Watts to sell out the unveiling of the Knights, fully willing to let everyone inside die for the sake of {{greed}}; when the attack goes wrong, Blade kills three of the terrorists personally to cover up his involvement, smiling all the while. Later on, Blade continues working with Watts to assassinates Jacques Schnee's political rivals and their families, ensuring that the latter retains sole control of Atlas and working with Jacques to spread misery and death throughout the Kingdom.

* [[AxCrazy Damian Void]] is the man responsible for the White Fang's many atrocities. Funding the [[FantasticTerrorists Fang]] as a way to [[KillAllHumans exterminate humanity]], Damian targets the Faunus just as much as he targets humans, making no secret that he's only interested in killing as many people as possible. After ordering Roman to attack Team RWBY with the Paladin, Damian later takes Ruby hostage when he finds her in Mountain Glenn; when she refuses to talk, Damian electrocutes her until her Aura breaks, then holds a knife at her throat to make her team back off. When allied with Cinder Fall, Damian funds the Breach, intending to massacre everyone in Vale simply to kill a few of his business rivals and to satiate his endless [[{{Sadist}} sadism]]. When this fails, Damian [[BadBoss executes his own henchman for annoying him]], then [[SpreeKiller goes on a killing spree]] across Vale, taking back what he believes is owed for the Breach's failure. Damian later joins Adam Taurus's assault on Vale by having his forces go through the streets and apartments slaughtering everyone in sight, with his men executing entire apartment buildings worth of people. It is later revealed that Damian helped [[TheCorrupter corrupt]] his cousin Sienna into radicalizing the White Fang to begin with, and as the Belladonnas try to retake the Fang, Damian leads an assault on their home and gleefully tortures Ghira Belladonna just for more fun.

* "Yellow" Arc: [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Carter Pillar]] is the richest man on Patch, and [[ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney uses his wealth to cover his hundreds of heinous crimes]]. With a long history of killing anyone in his way, such as killing Hector Blaze's son with a CarBomb and murdering the Ensleys while [[WouldHurtAChild leaving baby Sapphire to die]], Carter is the middle step in the Faunus trafficking operation between The Crown and Jacques Schnee; his role is to [[MindRape psychologically torture]] half of the slaves to leave them as loyal drones before shipping them off to be worked to death, while he keeps half of them for himself. The half he captures are tortured, mutilated, and killed by Carter himself, as shown when he tortures an entire family, murders the youngest child first to torment them, and then hangs the rest of them in his warehouse.

** [[AbusiveParents Miranda Spot]] is Isaac "Ink" Spot's mother and one of Jax's CoDragons. [[AxCrazy Miranda]] is Jax's most sadistic soldier and carries out his orders with relish, brutally executing Carmine Esclados and Bertilak Celadon and later leading assaults on five villages, killing everyone inside and burning them to the ground. In her spare time, Miranda has been [[ParentalIncest raping Ink]] since he was five, and by the present day has turned her husband into a SexSlave using him to produce and then rape seven more sons.

Banished to Remnant, Void joins his brother in slaughtering all of humanity before being sealed away. He makes contact with [[Characters/RWBYSalem Salem]] and empowers her to murder her father and create the [[Characters/RWBYCreaturesOfGrimm Creatures of Grimm]], promising her godhood if she frees him. Finally freed, Void depowers Salem and absorbs all Grimm into himself, creating a massive black hole to devour all of Remnant.
