* ''Series/RipperStreet'' shows that UsefulNotes/JackTheRipper wasn't the only monster lurking in the streets of Whitechapel:
** Season 3: [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Ronald Capshaw]], the head of Obsidian Estates, serves as the ArcVillain of the season's first half, where he, along with co-conspirator Susan Hart, organize a plan to rob the latter's father of his [[TrainJob cargo train, carrying $350,000 in unclaimed bearer bonds]]. The plot worked but resulted in an accident killing 55 innocents, with Capshaw [[LackOfEmpathy only concerned if he could profit from this travesty or if he might get caught]]. He has his accomplices meet him in a warehouse, only to betray them, only keeping Hart because she is useful. When hearing of Edmund Reid still investigating the incident, Capshaw finds out about [[LongLostRelative Reid's long-lost daughter, Mathilda]], goes to her location, kills one of her caretakers, and [[ManipulativeBastard manipulates Reid]] into killing the other caretaker by lying that they killed her, when the truth is that he'd kidnapped her. He also tries to [[WouldHurtAChild kill Mathilda himself]], only for Hart to intervene and try to send her away from Whitechapel, only for her to escape from both of them. Furious, Capshaw sends his men to find and kill her while he threatens to expose Hart's part in the train incident if she ever disobeys him again. Through this blackmail he forces Hart to attempt to kill Reid. While Susan Hart had plans to [[WellIntentionedExtremist use the stolen money to gentrify Whitechapel]] and was [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone morally appalled on what she had done]], Ronald Capshaw had no such reason or remorse for any of his actions and was just a greedy sociopath more than happy to cause the deaths and misery of many if [[ItsAllAboutMe he could benefit from it all]].
** "I Need Light": [[AristocratsAreEvil Sir Arthur Donaldson]] first shows up mere months after Jack's rampage, yet manages to be a depraved monster in his own right. He was a SerialRapist who abducted women by drugging them, then he would take them to a secret location where he would rape them before [[SerialKiller strangling them to death]]. Next, to remove suspicion from himself, he would mutilate them so they would appear to be new victims of Jack. His monstrous nature also extends to his lone servant, whom he would force to [[SnuffFilm film him commit his atrocities]] all so he could watch them in his spare time. The abuse that Donaldson gave to his servant was so bad that the servant eventually [[DrivenToSuicide killed himself]]. In the end, while Donaldson was only the first felon Detective Inspector Edmund Reid encountered since his search for The Ripper, it was this case that convinces Reid to let go of his pursuit, so he can find other criminals lurking in the streets of Whitechapel.
** "The King Came Calling": [[MasterPoisoner Claxton]] is the manager of a Whitechapel bakery, where he uses his position to [[TamperingWithFoodAndDrink contaminate the bread with lethal poison]] before distributing them to the commonwealth. This was done in a manner that would looked like an outbreak of cholera, and results in dozens of deaths of men, women, and children in a matter of days, with Detective Reid's wife Emily nearly another victim. When Reid finally captures Claxton and ask him why he did all this, Claxton's response was that Jack [[AttentionWhore took attention he felt was deservedly his]] and by killing many people, even bragging of tripling The Ripper's total, he would finally [[FameThroughInfamy regain all that fame]].
** "What Use Our Work?": [[AristocratsAreEvil Sir Victor Silver]] may [[FaceOfAnAngelMindOfADemon look like a gentle man, but in truth he is anything but]]. Long ago, he was suspected of being Jack, but the issue was dropped when he thought to have died in a boat accident. However, he managed to survive, and continued his business in kidnapping women and having them shipped to South America as {{sex slave}}s, using his [[FauxAffablyEvil superficial charm]] to gain their trust before luring them to his family's estate, where he would shackle them to a bed for days before drugging them and locking them in small boxes to be sent overseas. Overall, while only just one of many Ripper suspects, he was evil enough to match Jack's himself.
** "Dynamite and a Woman": [[MadScientist Dr. Charles Broadwick]] despite knowing how unstable and dangerous direct current is compared to alternating current, wants to have the entire city of London use the former, just so he could profit off of it, completely uncaring how many people could get killed because of these currents. In an effort to hide the truth from the public, he frees [[MadBomber Aiden Galvin]], while killing the police officer transporting him. He then has Galvin plant a bomb at one of his colleague's room, before framing [[UsefulNotes/TheIrishRevolution the Irish Republican Brotherhood]] for this. Once this succeeds, Broadwick send him to place a bomb at Whitechapel University, where all of his colleagues will be in one place for him to kill. It was also revealed that this was not only time Broadwick collaborated with Galvin, as he did so a couple years ago where he had 12 innocent people killed, then pinned all the blame on his cohort, while he walked free. While Galvin has [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes a daughter whom he genuinely cares for]], Broadwick has no such qualities, and is solely define by his {{Greed}}, which to satisfy he has killed many and would kill many more.
** "A Stronger Loving World": [[HolierThanThou Gabriel Cain]] was a member of the [[TheOrder Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn]], before he was kicked out for his radical beliefs that the world is corrupt. He then formed a cult solely based around his ideology. He [[TheCorrupter brainwashes all of his followers]] to carry out {{suicide attack}}s to spite those whom he believed had wronged him. These tactics included having one of them to burn himself alive in a Catholic Church full of innocents, framing the Hebrews of Whitechapel for it; to having another slit his own throat in front of the detectives investigating him. He also has [[DaddysLittleVillain his daughter]], Bella, marry Detective Inspector Drake Bennet, so that he could recruit him into the cult in the near future. When Drake discovers the cult as well as the revelation that Cain had manipulated Bella, his own daughter, into have sex with him to [[RoyalInbreeding impregnate her with his child]], Cain captures him and attempts to have him as well all of his followers--[[OffingTheOffspring including Bella]]--die by drinking poisoned wine as a way to destroy the evidence against him, at which point he could form another cult in hiding. Ultimately, his depraved acts prove that Cain himself [[{{Hypocrite}} is just as morally corrupt]], if not more so, as the world he is claiming to be fighting against.
** "Some Conscience Lost": [[WouldHurtAChild Cornelius Wilde]], Director of Whitechapel Hospital, [[BitchInSheepsClothing seemingly cares about sick children and tries to cure them of their illnesses]]. In reality, he [[SickbedSlaying kills them]] using poison, resulting in excruciating and painful deaths before [[BodyInABreadbox hid their bodies under the floors of the lodging house]]. Poisoning children for two months, Wilde tries to cover up his crime by accusing the mother of one of the children he killed as being crazy, and when Inspector Reed confronts him about his atrocities, Wilde tries to justify himself by claiming that the children he killed were "useless" for society anyway and that he simply accelerated their "pathetic" lives. [[LazyBum Having taken the lives of countless children, due to not wanting to spend money and effort on them]], Wilde takes laziness to a truly monstrous level.

* ''Series/ThePurge'':

*** [[ManipulativeBitch Good Leader Tavis]] is the charismatic leader of the Mercy Cult, preaching the benefits of letting others Purge upon you. [[BitchInSheepsClothing In truth]], Tavis is a member of the NFFA, paid to round up [[WouldHurtAChild youth]] the government has deemed "disposable" and [[KillThePoor systematically wipe them out]]. Operating for years, Tavis takes in youth with nowhere else to go, grooms them to believe in her cause, then has them ritualistically sacrifice themselves on Purge Night, even when the victims begin to doubt their mission and beg to live. With the youth she targets being brutally murdered, assaulted, or even trafficked to the Carnival of Flesh, Tavis is a despicable figure even among the NFFA.

* ''Series/TheStreetsOfSanFrancisco'': Lieutenant Mike Stone and Inspector Steve Keller face many criminals in their patrols of San Francisco, but even the hardened duo are repulsed by these:
** PilotMovie: [[AxCrazy Gregory Praxas]] is a B movie actor turned vicious SerialKiller out to prove his status as an "angel of death." His most recent victim [[WouldHurtAChild a 6-year-old boy]], Praxas is discovered by a pair of street-faring siblings, whose attempts to blackmail Praxas result only in him beating the brother and sister to death. Later kidnapping another potential witness to his crimes, Praxas [[LeaveNoWitnesses tries to murder him]] as well as Stone and Keller. After his death, police discover a chest full of [[CreepySouvenir mementos from Praxas's countless victims]], one of the officers outright noting that the sheer number of victims Praxas has could make up half of San Francisco's unsolved homicides.
** "Legion of the Lost": [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Roy Richardson]] is a {{greed}}y businessman who seeks to ensure that the rightful heir of his boatyard corporation, Paul Thomas, never claims his inheritance. Knowing Paul is currently homeless and living among vagrants, Richardson has his hatchet man, Terry, go about [[DisposableVagrant beating homeless men to death]] over the course of several nights, leaving three bodies in his wake. Richardson then tries to have Paul himself beaten to death, hoping for it to [[SerialKillingsSpecificTarget look like just another serial killing]], and Paul's best friend Jake is killed in the process. When confronted with his crimes, Richardson just smugly remarks that he "did the city a favor" by thinning the homeless population.
** "Harem": [[FauxAffablyEvil William "Billy" Jeffers]] is a former rock star who has turned his charisma to the business of teenage prostitution. Jeffers seduces and [[ManipulativeBastard manipulates]] young teens into becoming [[SexSlave hookers]], pimping them out to clients while he rolls in the dough. When one of his workers contracts an STD, Jeffers beats her to death to cover it up from some of his clients, then stabs another girl to death when [[HeKnowsTooMuch she discovers the truth]]--Jeffers had also murdered his personal girlfriend in the past for undisclosed reasons. A despicable parasite preying on naive young girls' love for him, Jeffers cares naught for any of them, reacting to his supposed "favorite" girl's horror at his crimes by calling her a tramp no one will believe when she turns witness for the cops.
** "The Victims": [[ForTheEvulz Lee Wilson]] is an escaped convict, locked up for attempted murder, who kills a guard on his way out by taking him hostage then flinging him from a speeding vehicle. Later murdering a pawn shop cashier to rob the place, Lee holds [[WouldHarmASenior an elderly couple]] at gunpoint and plays a "shooting gallery" game with them as the targets, executing the couple for fun. Lee takes a woman as a hostage after sexually assaulting her and having her husband beaten, threatening to shoot her in the head before abandoning one of his partners who [[EvenEvilHasStandards has grown horrified by Lee's actions]]. When asked by Keller why he carried out such a horrible crime spree, Lee just laughs and spits on him, having no real reason for his day-long reign of terror.
** "Blockade": [[AxCrazy Chet Barrow]] is a vicious thug who moonlights as a SerialRapist and [[SerialKiller killer]]. [[ManipulativeBastard Manipulating]] the young Russ into helping him capture his latest victim, Barrow rapes and murders her while planning for several more in the coming days. When exposed for his crimes, Barrow takes Russ, the boy's mother, and friend Jill as hostages, smacking them around and planning to kill them all once he escapes. Even when Russ and his mom escape, Barrow tries to rape and strangle Jill to death.

** Seasons 1 & 2: [[KnightTemplar Inspector Chester Campbell]] originally assigned to recover the stolen guns from the Peaky Blinders, first comes into contact with the gang when he has his men terrorize a community under its protection before beating up gang member Arthur Shelby. When he learns that Arthur's brother [[VillainProtagonist Thomas "Tommy" Michael Shelby]] is the leader, he makes his presence known to him by demanding the location of the stolen guns with the threat of death to him and family, including [[WouldHitAGirl Tommy's pregnant sister]]. Campbell later [[PoliceBrutality tortures and kills a suspect under his custody]]. Despite recovering the guns he becomes enraged when he learns that his mole, Grace actually fell in love with Tommy; he takes his rage out at a prostitute by [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil brutally raping her]]. He later incites a gang war between the Peaky Blinders and a rival gang in hopes that Tommy dies, [[LackOfEmpathy uncaring]] if innocents die, and attempts to kill Grace himself. Upon being promoted to Major, Campbell orchestrates an plan to have Tommy assassinate Henry Russell, and later [[ManOnFire burns a man alive]] under a pile of searing charcoal when he interferes. When Tommy deviates from Campbell's plan he has Tommy's brother and cousin thrown in jail and beaten up only releasing them if Tommy's aunt Polly has sex with him; he later rapes Polly when she tries to back out. After Tommy assassinates the target, Campbell attempts to have Tommy executed once [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness he had outlived his usefulness]]. While [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist claiming to be fighting for justice]], Campbell is nothing more than a sadist, who abuses his authority to bully the weak.

** "Hallowe'en Party": [[BitchInSheepsClothing Michael Garfield]] is the [[FauxAffablyEvil seemingly friendly]] garden caretaker for Rowena Drake but is in fact a narcissistic sociopath trying to [[InheritanceMurder obtain her family's inheritance]]. Seducing her and manipulating her to help him with his crimes, Michael killed Rowena's husband and helped her poison her aunt to help gain the inheritance. Michael then forced Leslie Ferrie to forge a fake will before [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness killing him once he has it]]. When caught by Poirot, Michael tries to kill everyone present, including [[OffingTheOffspring his and Rowena's daughter]]. Despite Rowena genuinely loving Michael, Michael reveals he only used her for his own desires and planned to abandon her as a scapegoat for the crimes.
** "Literature/MurderOnTheOrientExpress": [[AssholeVictim Lanfranco Cassetti]] is a ruthless gangster out to escape justice. A {{blackmail}}er who kidnaps people, murdering them when the authorities close in but still collecting the ransoms, [[WouldHurtAChild Cassetti]] was the murderer of a little girl named Daisy, having continued to exploit her family days or even weeks after he had already killed the girl. Uncaring of how this killed four innocent people, from Daisy's mother dying from grief in premature labor with her new baby, to her father's [[DrivenToSuicide suicide]] and an innocent maid killing herself when she was falsely accused of complicity, Cassetti cares only for escaping justice and was so evil that even the heroic Poirot feels obliged to [[LetOffByTheDetective cover for his killers]].

* ''Series/{{Poirot}}'':

** [[Series/TheStand1994 1994 series]]: "The [[DarkIsEvil Dark Man]]", [[HumanoidAbomination Randall Flagg]], is a diabolical emissary of evil who helps orchestrate the unleashing of [[ThePlague the Captain Trips virus]] and its subsequent decimation of humanity. Causing suffering everywhere he goes, Flagg establishes his own fiefdom in Las Vegas where he encourages utter depravity while torturing and executing anyone who opposes his rule. Flagg arranged the bombing of the town hall of peaceful, rival community Boulder, and he plans to [[NukeEm use nuclear weapons]] to wipe out all life in Boulder, then hold any other pockets of humanity hostage under similar threat if they don't cow to him. Willing to cripple, mutilate, and murder his own minions for the pettiest reasoning, [[BadBoss Flagg]] oversees the cruel deaths of multiple lead characters, and personally [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rapes Nadine so viciously]] that she becomes an EmptyShell whom Flagg hopes to use as nothing but a broodmare.

* ''Literature/TheStand]]'' {{miniseries}} both have [[BigBad Randall Flagg]]:

* ''Series/TheStand2020'': [[BigBad Randall Flagg]], the Dark Man, is a demonic being who unleashes [[ThePlague the Captain Trips virus]], killing off 99% of the world's population. Building [[ViceCity his own society]] from the remains of Las Vegas, Flagg allows his citizens to engage in all sorts of hedonistic debauchery, from rampant orgies to sexual slavery, even forcing innocents to engage in [[GladiatorGames bloody gladiator matches]] for his people's viewing pleasure, while crucifying those who go against him. Doing what he can to kill Mother Abagail and her Free Zone residents, Flagg plants Nadine and Harold as spies tasked to destroy them, while also planning to acquire a {{nuke|Em}} to drop on the Zone. Brutally murdering his underlings for any mistakes made, Flagg later impregnates Nadine to birth his spawn, knowing she'll [[DeathByChildbirth die from childbirth]]. With Abagail's spies in his grasp, Flagg attempts to drown them in front of his people, while murdering those who try to speak out against him. Killed by the hand of God, Flagg attempts to return to the mortal world by [[DemonicPossession possessing]] a near-dead Frannie in return for her family's protection, only to arrive in an alternative world to restart his entire plan again.

* ''Series/SpiderManJapan'':
** [[BigBad Professor Monster]] is the alien leader of the Iron Cross Army, leading them on a crusade of death and terror throughout the galaxy that led to the destruction of Planet Spider and all the misery in the show that follows in his subsequent schemes to take over Earth. Monster creates [[MonsterOfTheWeek Machine BEMs]] by having innocents kidnapped and transformed into monsters which kill dozens, even unleashing some on their loved ones, while enforcing a [[LeaveNoWitnesses no-witness policy that kills dozens more]], [[TheHero Takuya Yamashiro]]'s father included. Throughout the series, Monster attempts to create an army of modified humans by subjecting countless people to [[PlayingWithSyringes torturous experiments]], resurrecting those who die numerous times; attempts to annihilate all the major cities in Japan with missiles, and separately attempts to annihilate Tokyo simply as his four-hundredth "anniversary" on Earth; reveals he [[ImmortalityImmorality maintains his immortality]] by harvesting and drinking the blood of countless people; attempts to unleash a [[DeadlyGas lethal nerve gas]] on the Interpol building, having it tested on people the Iron Cross has trapped in debt slavery; [[BadBoss tortures and abuses his minions]], even sacrificing a base full of them; and finally attempts to wipe out every major city in the world to take over whatever remains, even murdering his commander Amazoness for having failed him.
** The [[AmbitionIsEvil Amazoness]] is the savage [[TheDragon right-hand]] of Professor Monster and a brutal, unforgiving woman who embodies a ChildHater killer. [[TheHeavy Carrying out]] Professor Monster's wicked demands, Amazoness leads attacks to kill countless civilians and murder the innocent while setting up a cult to sacrifice others to Professor Monster. When Takuya begins getting involved with helping children, Amazoness is always there to [[WouldHurtAChild try to murder them]], starting with her attempt to gouge out a little girl's eyes, attempting to use nerve gas on a little boy after practicing its use on adults, trying to burn a child alive, and trying to blow up a packed amusement park and leading terrorist attacks through Tokyo while gloating one targeted building has eight thousand people in it. Amazoness is also fond of torture on captives, while later capturing martial artists to fight death matches to determine who will be turned into Professor Monster's machine slaves, with her greatest ambition being to assist in utterly annihilating humanity for the Iron Cross army to rule the remainder.

** Season 3: [[SinisterMinister Father John Hughes]] is a member of [[TheSyndicate The Economic League]] and by far its most vile member. First appearing before Tommy after getting him arrested, Hughes tells him on how easy he can get to him and his family, something he makes clear when he along with his co-conspirators arranges for Tommy to be assassinated, with his wife Grace TakingTheBullet for him. In retaliation, Tommy attempts to kill Hughes, only for Hughes ordering his men to ambush and beat Tommy up to the point his skull gets crushed. He later has Tommy "apologize" for trying to kill him in front of the League before revealing himself to be a PedophilePriest who raped the children under his "care"; Tommy's cousin, Micheal Gray, was one of his victims. He then has Tommy blow up a train full of innocents, so that he and the league could profit from its destruction. Should Tommy not do the deed, Hughes will rape and kill Tommy's son whom [[IHaveYourWife he's holding hostage]].

** "Tragic Kingdom": Chloe Freeman is the [[AlphaBitch ruthless leader]] of the Kappa Kappa Phi sorority, an elitist house on Darlington University's campus, while running [[InitiationCeremony cruel hazing rituals]] of dozens of pledges on a weekly basis. The hazings include extreme verbal and physical abuse of their victims, as well as regular sexual assault and hospitalization; with Chloe releasing a video of a pledge forced to strip while [[FemaleMisogynist throwing misogynistic taunts at her]]. When Ophelia infiltrates the Kappas, one of the hazing rituals she's put through is being locked in a room with the other pledges and forced to consume multitudes of alcohol and cigars. When one passes out from this, Chloe apathetically remarks this happens all the time. It's soon revealed that Chloe films the abuse of her pledges and posts it to a torture porn site to make a profit.

* ''Series/PhilipKDicksElectricDreams'''s "[[{{Recap/PhilipKDicksElectricDreamsS1E5RealLife}} Real Life]]": [[BigBad Colin]] is the greedy, sadistic crime boss in both Sarah's and George's worlds. In Sarah's world, he's caused the mass murder of dozens of innocents, includes [[CopKiller several of Sarah's colleagues]]. He also responsible for much more personal crimes in George's world, where he kidnaps and tortures George's wife, threatening to kill her unless George gives him lots of money; despite his demands being met, Colin [[ILied kills her anyway]]. He later kidnaps George believing he can extort him for more money before attempting to [[{{Fingore}} cut off]] and feed George his own fingers when he learns he doesn't have anymore money left.

* ''Series/QueenOfTheSouth'':
** Seasons 2 & 3: Alberto Cortez is a [[ColonelKilgore sadistic colonel]] who forces himself into the illegal business with the Vargas cartel; he proves to be a horrible ally when he demolishes one their drug tunnels with their men, DEA agents, and [[BadBoss even his own soldiers]] still inside. When [[TheDon Don Epifaño Vargas]] tries to control Cortez, the latter roasts one of the Don's men alive before feeding the former his remains, and later has one of his own men kill his brother right in front of Epifaño. After Epifaño's failed attempt to kill Cortez, he has his men kidnapped Epifaño's daughter Isabella for ransom. After they failed at ransoming Isabella and Epifaño winds up dead, he hands them to Epifaño's widow Camila to gain her trust, [[TongueTrauma cutting their tongues out]] so they wont tell her his part. Cortez sends his men to track down [[TheQueenpin Teresa Mendoza]] on Camila's behalf, having them break the hands of her right-hand man, and upon capturing Teresa he [[ForcedToWatch forces her to watch]] as he tortures her husband to death. Despite allying with Camila, he makes drug deals behind her back to rival cartels, but [[DisproportionateRetribution kills said rival's son with a nail gun when he calls Cortez a puppet]], [[FrameUp framing Camila]] for it. He later brings Camila to his prison camp where had numerous people tortured and killed, one of whom was lobotomized by Cortez, and tries to have Isabella kill her, before attempting to kill them both when she failed, as well as killing everyone else in his prison.
** Season 3: [[HumanTraffickers Rocco de la Peña]] is a crime lord in Malta, notorious for crucifying the families of his enemies. Allying himself with Teresa Mendoza after killing Camila's men, Teresa would soon [[EvenEvilHasStandards cut ties with Rocco]] when she learned of Rocco's [[SlaveryIsASpecialKindOfEvil depraved crimes]] of selling numerous women as {{sex slave}}s to his client having them raped, mutilated, and killed, even cutting one himself as he rapes her. When Teresa rescues the women and boards a plane with them, Rocco attempts to have the plane shot down, uncaring if he kills his own merchandise. When the attempts fails and they escape, he calls Teresa, telling her that he'll just order another batch of enslaved girls and calls Teresa a child for having any morality.

** "Some Conscience Lost": [[WouldHurtAChild Cornelius Wilde]] is the director of a hospital in Whitechapel that supposedly takes care of ill children and cures them of their diseases. In truth, however, he [[SickbedSlaying has them killed]], either by lethal injection or suffocation before [[BodyInABreadbox hiding their bodies under the hospital floors]]. He has done this ever since the Ripper's killing spree, only being caught now when a patient of his escaped the facility and survived long enough for Detective Reid to spot him before he dies from his uncared-for illness. When Reid arrives at the hospital and has the floors removed he see corpses of numerous children, and confronts Wilde about this, the latter [[NeverMyFault refuses to own up to any of his wrongdoings]], even saying it was the childrens' fault they were sick in the first place, and that [[LazyBum he cannot be bothered to cure them]], much to the detective's fury.

* ''Series/TheTerminalList'':
** [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Steve Horn]] is the CEO of Capstone Industry and plans to release a drug RC-4895 that could cure PTSD, so that he may [[{{Greed}} profit from its sale]]. To gain subjects to test his drugs on, Horn has Gerald Pillar arrange an ambush in Syria, leading the deaths of a dozen US Navy [=SEALs=], while the survivors receive fatal brain tumors as a result of taking Horn's drugs. Horn would then send his subordinates to kill these soldiers and their families, [[WouldHurtAChild children included]], while also ordering the deaths of Mike Tedesco and Katie Buranek [[HeKnowsTooMuch when they attempt to expose his crimes]]. Horn plans to distribute RC-4895 at the earliest convenience, despite knowing the drug is still in its experimental stages and would cause brain cancer for those consuming it.

Pillar would then give out the names of these soldiers and their families to Horn, resulting in their deaths, while trying to have James Reece killed when he survives the attack and is planning to kill Pillar for his role in the deaths of his comrades, wife, and daughter.

* ''Series/TheTunnel'' Season 2: "[[{{Plaguemaster}} The Chemist]]" is a sadistic Neo-Nazi MadScientist known for [[WouldHurtAChild killing many innocent children]] with lethal pathogens during his time in Colonia Dignidad. Eventually working for Atrem "Koba" Baturin, the Chemist would kill many more people, even some of being Koba's soldiers; if his victims happen to be attractive men, the Chemist would [[SerialRapist rape them]]. When Koba gives the Chemist Karl Roebuck and Elise Wassermann to deal with, the Chemist proceeds to torture them before injecting Elise with a deadly disease [[EyeScream through her eye]].

* ''Series/{{Ultraviolet}}'' (2017):
** "#elias": [[SerialRapist Krzysztof "Elias" Górski]] is the leader of a BreedingCult containing girls, much of whom were kidnapped as [[WouldHurtAChild children]] by Elias, who he imprisoned in his farm to [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil rape]] and brainwash for years; one of those girls was Maja Braska, who Elias kept as his SexSlave for 20 years. When a reporter, Szostak, tried to learn about Maja's whereabouts, Elias killed him when Szostak freed one of Elias's victims.
** "#limbo": "[[OnlyKnownByTheirNickname Limbo]]" is a [[BattleaxeNurse nurse]] who looks for people on the internet and [[ManipulativeBitch manipulates]] them to commit suicide while she films them doing so, before posting said videos on [[UsefulNotes/TheDeepWeb the Dark Web]] as entertainment for her viewers. Limbo has them killed in pairs, with one pair drowning themselves, another pair shooting themselves, another pair hanging themselves, and another pair injecting themselves with lethal drugs. She also tries to have one pair [[ManOnFire burn themselves alive]], only for her to attempt to burn them herself when they refuse to do so.
** "#hycell" & "#strangeland": [[SerialKiller Lukasz Rolak]] is the infamous "Hycel", a sadist who has kidnapped and [[SerialRapist raped]] numerous men before [[HuntingTheMostDangerousGame hunting]] them down in a forest where he would then [[OffWithHisHead decapitate]] them. When one of his victims managed to escape, Rolak would [[FrameUp frame]] Zenon Nowak, an innocent man, for the murders while Rolak would get away with his crimes. When Rolak learns that Ultraviolet has proven Nowak's innocence 20 years later, Rolak goes on a killing spree once more and tries to kill Ola Serafin by slicing her throat before stabbing Michał Holender when he tries to save her.

* ''Series/{{Versailles}}'' Season 2: [[HistoricalVillainUpgrade Father Etienne]] is a [[SinisterMinister Satanic priest]] who has [[WouldHurtAChild murdered numerous infants]] in the name of Satan; he would find these babies in poor districts, and take them away from their prostitute mothers. He also collaborates with [[MasterPoisoner Madame Aganthe]] in distributing her poison through the palace of Versailles, killing numerous nobles there, and [[HeKnowsTooMuch kills Claudine himself once she discovers their ploy]]; he gleefully gloats about the latter to Claudine's lover Fabien Marchal, causing him to brutally murder Father Etienne out of rage.

* ''Series/{{You|2018}}'' Season 2: [[{{Ephebophile}} Joshua "Henderson" Bunter]], is a SerialRapist who uses his status as a [[VillainWithGoodPublicity famous stand-up comedian]] to gain the trust of [[WouldHurtAChild adolescent]] girls, before taking them to his home, where he would then drug them before [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil raping]] them while they are unconscious. He would also take photos of his victims, revealing to have claimed many victims through the number of pictures he had. Henderson had also raped Joe Goldberg's neighbor, Delilah Alves, and attempted to rape Delilah's younger sister, Ellie, after drugging her.

* ''Series/StrangerThings'':
** [[Characters/StrangerThingsVecna Vecna]], born Henry Creel, is the [[TheManBehindTheMan human mind behind]] the [[Characters/StrangerThingsTheUpsideDown eldritch Upside Down]]. A normal child in a loving household who nevertheless [[EnfantTerrible grew up]] as a [[MisanthropeSupreme hateful sociopath]], Henry [[MindRape mind-raped]] his own family before murdering his mother and older sister, leaving his father Victor alive to take the fall for his atrocities, where Victor would go mad and scratch out his own eyes. Remanded to the care of Dr. Martin Brenner and becoming his first patient--thus known as 001 or simply "One"--Henry manipulated fellow psychic [[Characters/StrangerThingsEleven Eleven]] and convinced her to sever the chip inhibiting his abilities, allowing Henry to massacre not only every orderly and guard in Brenner's lab, but every psychic child as well. Banished to the Upside Down, Vecna constructed [[Characters/StrangerThingsTheMindFlayer the Mind Flayer]], meaning every atrocity--from the murder of numerous well-loved supporting characters, to the massacres at Hawkins Laboratory, and of 30 random innocent people in 1985--can be laid at his feet. Vecna ultimately seeks to let the Upside Down spill into Earth and consume all humanity as the culmination of his misanthropy, and throughout Season 4, he torments, mind-rapes, and murders numerous innocent teenagers with their worst fears, ultimately torturing Max Mayfield into catatonia and possible brain death.
** Season 4: [[WardensAreEvil Warden Melnikov]], the dictator of Kamchatka prison, is a petty {{sadist}} who enjoys having his inmates subjected to horrible labor with regular beatings and tortures. Those who are condemned or "worn out" are [[FedToTheBeast thrown to a captive Demogorgon]]. Deciding on a new spectacle, Melnikov organizes [[GladiatorGames gladiator matches]] for the sick thrill of watching the prisoners try to fight back against the Demorgogon before being torn apart.

* ''Series/TouchedByAnAngel'': {{Satan}} is the source of all evil and darkness, and [[ManipulativeBastard seeks to tempt those into falling to sin]]. In "In the Name of God", he attempted to incite a race war while disguised as an authority figure, causing one angel, Tess, to lose her powers and be temporarily replaced. In "Netherlands", he attempted to corrupt a weakened [[TheHero Monica]] after a terrorist bombing killed dozens of people. In the series finale, he causes an explosion within a school, [[WouldHurtAChild killing dozens of children]] and several teachers. He then accuses an innocent man named Zack (really {{God}} in disguise) of being the culprit. Arrogant and prideful, Satan desired nothing less but to destroy everything that God valued out of [[EvilIsPetty petty spite]].

*** Season 2's BigBad is Madame Kali, whose real name is Evelyn Poole. She is revealed to be far more than a simple medium, and is actually a powerful servant of Satan. Evelyn is a [[WickedWitch witch]] who rules the coven of The Nightcomers, and her true nature is introduced with her in a [[BloodBath bath of blood]] and a young woman's corpse close by. Evelyn promptly thereafter [[YouHaveFailedMe kills one of her own witches for failure]] and sends her sadistic daughter Hecate to murder a family--[[WouldHurtAChild including a baby]]--so Evelyn can harvest the child's heart to create a ritual doll. One top of this, it is revealed Evelyn has dozens of these dolls, each one powered by the heart of a dead infant. Evelyn later enslaves the mind of Sir Malcolm and [[MindRape mentally tortures]] Malcolm's wife into [[DrivenToSuicide killing herself]], simply to make Malcolm hers. When Malcolm breaks free, she simply inflicts the same spell as she inflicted on Malcolm's wife so that Malcolm is tormented by visions of his dead children. It is also revealed Evelyn had {{frame|Up}}d her own sister as a witch so that she would be [[BurnTheWitch burned alive]]. Ruthlessly dedicated to the service of Satan, Evelyn stops at nothing to achieve her goals and indeed causes a great deal of torment, misery, and damage before she is finally undone. It's further revealed that Evelyn [[AbusiveParents forced her daughter Hecate]] into Lucifer's servitude when Hecate was just five years old, with a description that sounds disturbingly like Lucifer raping her.

** [[AxCrazy Killer BOB]] (Beware of BOB) is an entity native to the Black Lodge with a horrifying tendency of rape and murder. Created long ago as a byproduct of the Trinity nuclear tests, BOB accesses the material place by [[DemonicPossession possessing]] hapless victims and forcing them to engage in sprees of rape, torture, and serial murder to [[EmotionEater nourish himself off of their agony]]. Responsible for the murder of Laura Palmer that drives the series, BOB committed the deed by possessing Laura's father Leland when Leland was a child, resurfacing to have Leland molest his own daughter through her youth before using him to finally rape and murder Laura. When cornered, BOB [[PsychicAssistedSuicide forces Leland to kill himself]], and later saddles onto Dale's doppelganger at the end of the first series while leaving Dale trapped for decades within the Black Lodge in its stead.
** [[EvilDoppelganger The Doppelgänger]], aka "Mr. C.", born from Cooper's entrance in the Black Lodge at the end of the original series, cut a slew of human suffering across America for 25 years. He houses the previous BigBad, BOB, and the pair [[EmotionEater gorge themselves on the pain they cause]]. Upon his emergence, he tracks down Major Briggs, one of the few to realize his deception and kills him. He later visits the comatose Audrey Horne and rapes her, conceiving Richard Horne, before dropping off the grid. When he reemerges, he poses as Cooper to get close to Coop's old secretary, Diane, manipulating and raping her before imprisoning her in the Black Lodge. From there he builds a criminal empire with a number of extortions and murders to his name. When he learns that his girlfriend Darya is plotting against him, he beats and murders her. When Cooper reappears he orders his subordinate, Duncan Todd, to kill him and when Todd fails The Doppelgänger has [[YouHaveFailedMe Todd and his assistant killed]]. When he encounters his son, Richard, years later, he puts the young man into a trap meant for him and watches emotionlessly as the latter is electrocuted to death.

When warning signs arise in Clemente's unhinged demand that de Cruz be [[CruelAndUnusualDeath executed]] via being stripped, slathered in honey, and consumed by ants, Clemente becomes enamored with the former dictator's supposedly MagicMirror. [[TheParanoiac Believing his friends plot against]] him upon seeing their images in the glass, Clemente murders them and begins ordering the executions of thousands of prisoners around the clock, becoming a more loathed tyrant than de Cruz himself.
** "[[Recap/TheTwilightZoneS3E74DeathsHeadRevisited Deaths-Head Revisited]]": [[CardCarryingVillain Gunther Lutze]] is a former Nazi [[PoWCamp concentration camp]] captain at Dachau, described in the opening narration as "an animal whose function in life was to give pain". Lutze revisits Germany, and plays a game where he mentally torments a woman at a hotel who recognizes him and is utterly terrified. After this, Lutze visits Dachau, [[ReminiscingAboutYourVictims reminiscing about his atrocities]] and flashing back to the times when he had innocent victims hanged, shot or experimented on as if those were the best years of his life, until he is confronted by Dachau's "caretaker", a former inmate named Becker. [[ButForMeItWasTuesday Lutze had murdered so many he can't even initially remember he actually killed Becker years ago]] before he is confronted by the ghosts of his victims. As the ending narration states, he is representative of [[UsefulNotes/TheHolocaust a time]] "when some men decided to turn the Earth into a graveyard", into which they threw away their conscience.
** "[[Recap/TheTwilightZoneS3E93TheLittlePeople The Little People]]": [[PsychopathicManchild Peter Craig]], the co-pilot to William Fletcher, is an egotistical man who longs to hold power over others. When Craig and Fletcher land on an alien world seemingly bereft of life, Craig finds an entire civilization of microscopic "little people". In a mad quest to achieve godhood, [[AGodAmI Craig]] declares himself the ruler of the civilization and forces the people to do his bidding, regularly crushing swathes of their land on cruel whims. Craig holds the threat of total annihilation of the civilization over their heads so they will worship him, and when Fletcher confronts Craig on the fact that he's "no god, but has gotten [the little people] to believe in [[HumansAreTheRealMonsters the Devil]]!", Craig threatens to shoot Fletcher dead if he doesn't leave Craig to continue his maniacal tyranny.
** "[[Recap/TheTwilightZoneS4E106HesAlive He's Alive]]": UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler himself turns out to be the [[TheManBehindTheMan shadowy benefactor]] of the troubled neo-Nazi Peter Vollmer, [[TheCorrupter corrupting]] the young man into a solid mouthpiece through which to kickstart a new, hate-fueled Reich. Hitler cajoles Vollmer into murdering one of his own loyal followers to make a martyr out of him to inspire the crowds Vollmer amasses while stamping out any hints of decency or hesitance in Vollmer, ultimately ordering him to murder the old Jewish man who raised Vollmer practically as his own son. When Vollmer is finally gunned down, Hitler has formed him into his exact image of the perfect Nazi: all steel and no heart, with Hitler himself seeping back into the shadow to feed off the prejudice and hate that authored so many millions of deaths during his reign of terror.
** "[[Recap/TheTwilightZoneS5E138BlackLeatherJackets Black Leather Jackets]]": [[AliensAreBastards The leader of the alien race]] wishes to overtake and colonize Earth. [[FantasticRacism Claiming humans are evil and barbaric]], he sends out thousands of aliens disguised as humans to [[WaterSourceTampering poison the city's water supply with bacteria]], leading to the extinction of human life. When the alien Scotty falls in love with a human and attempts to show that humans are not all bad, the leader simply labels him a traitor and sends him off to his [[UncertainDoom fate]], while starting to [[AlienInvasion invade Earth]].
** "[[Recap/TheTwilightZoneS5E149TheJeopardyRoom The Jeopardy Room]]": [[FauxAffablyEvil Commissar Vassiloff]] is a cruel [[ProfessionalKiller assassin]] whose job is to hunt down and kill defectors from the Soviet Union. With his latest target, Major Ivan Kuchenko, in sniper range, Vassiloff refuses to have him merely shot. Instead, Vassiloff decides to give Kuchenko "[[MadArtist the death of an artist]]". To that end, Vassiloff forces Kuchenko into a trap where he must find and defuse a bomb hidden in his hotel room under a 3-hour time limit. Vassiloff delights in watching his victim suffer a nervous breakdown as time runs out, and [[CruelMercy continues to leave him alive]] even as he pleads, screaming, to be shot. With a ComplexityAddiction that defies all logic, Vassiloff cements himself as one of the most sadistic characters on the show, claiming to have killed 800 people in similar ways purely to satisfy his boredom.

* ''Series/TheTwilightZone1959'': In a series that rarely contained anything resembling pure evil, these were the exceptions:

* ''Film/Security2017'': [[EvilBrit Charlie]] is the psychopathic leader to the Tripe Six gang. They have led numerous drug dealings and robberies, resulting in many deaths across towns. [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness When one of their members tries to rat them out to the feds, the gang has him killed in front of his daughter.]] When she is being escorted by the FBI to stand witness to an organized crime trial, Charlie and his men ambush and massacre the motorcade. When Charlie finds that Jamie escaped, he leads his men to a nearby mall where she is. While initially [[FauxAffablyEvil trying to pose as Jamie's father to fool the guards to give her up]], a security guard named Eddie is able to find out this is a ruse. So, Charlie decides to lead an assault on the mall and kill everyone inside, including Jamie. He has multiple guards killed and threatens the lives of his henchmen, as well as their families, friends, and pets if they don't find Jamie. When most of his forces are wiped out, [[WouldHurtAChild Charlie is able to find where Jamie is and shoots at her before finding and taking her again in a final attempt to kill both her and Eddie.]]
