Zoey wakes up feeling like something bad will happen. However, her expectations keep getting subverted -- Danny Michael Davis doesn't fire Lauren, but instead temporarily promotes her to head of SPRQ Point, and Emily's labor turns out to be a false alarm. Zoey also pushes Mo and Eddie to reconcile, and is also now on good terms with both Simon and Max, even almost hooking up with the latter.
But then Zoey gets a call from Howie -- Mitch just has hours left to live. The family bids goodbye to their beloved patriarch.
