The Semi-finals begin! Yuya and Yuzu split up to look for cards, when the area field activates. Yuya finds himself in the volcano field, and is quickly attacked by two duelists from Ryozanpaku who team up and refuse to fight fair, one of them physically attacking Yuya to distract him while the other plays. However, Yuya is saved by a new duelist, Dennis, who intervenes in the duel via Battle Royale rules.
Meanwhile, Yuzu finds one card in the ice field and is approached by a fusion duelist who is a big fan of hers. Halil happens to have found three Pendulum cards, so the two of them duel, having a lot of fun in the process. Eventually, [[ItMakesSenseInContext Yuzu falls off a cliff]] and lands on a duelist currently engaging Gongenzaka, accidentally turning their two separate duels into a tag-duel.
