Bykov and Kisegach are tired of Kupitman constantly overestimating severity of his condition. When he starts acting like he's terminally ill again, they decides to just play along. This actually makes the situation even worse, forcing them to find Kupitman and apologise... but, as it turns out, he was aware all along and tried to take revenge on them. Unfortunately for Kupitman, this goes completely wrong and they takes him by surprise.
