Varya' patient speak almost entirely in profanities. She doesn't like this, and asks Lobanov for help. Semyon proceeds to "translate" the patient's not-ending torrent of profanities into "normal" Russian, but he quickly gets taken away by Bykov, and now Varya must somehow deal with the situation by herself.

Kisegach confronts Bykov about his interns' (specifically, Lobanov and Romanenko) lack of progress, and forces him to finally start improving the situation and give them an opportunity to "win" by themselves for once. So, Bykov cooperates with one of the patients to "create" ''[[{{Series/House}} House]]''-like challenge for them. Bykov "gives" his patient fake illness, just to test his interns. To his surprise, they manage to not only find this (fake) illness... but also his ''real'' diagnosis.

* ClusterBleepBomb: Varya's patient speaks almost entirely in bleeped-out profanities. Varya doesn't like this and wants him to stop. She asks Lobanov for help, only for Lobanov to start talking with the patient "in his language", and then "translating" this to "normal" Russian for Varya. Unfortunately, Bykov quickly took Lobanov away, forcing Varya to find another way to deal with the situation.
* LaserGuidedKarma: {{Invoked|Trope}} by Lyuba, as part of her and Levin's revenge prank on Kupitman. Kupitman [[ManipulativeBastard once again]] tries to manipulate Levin and Lyuba for [[ItAmusedMe his own amusement]]. This time it backfires, as they learn the truth and cooperate to fight back. Levin pretends that he ''really'' is gay... and lusts for Kupitman himself. Then angry Lyuba confronts Kupitman about this, shouting that it was his fault that Levin became like this.

* ShoutOut: Lots to ''{{Series/House}}'' in Romanenko[=/=]Lobanov's plot, with Bykov as House (walking cane, ball, whiteboard, mentioning of lupus and "everybody lies" quote including). Bykov even gets outright called "Doctor House" by Kisegach.
* TranslatorBuddy: Lobanov helps Varya to "translate" her patient's ClusterBleepBomb into "normal" Russian. Unfortunately, Bykov soon took Lobanov away, forcing Varya to find another way to deal with the situation.

* LaserGuidedKarma: Kupitman [[ManipulativeBastard once again]] tries to manipulate Levin and Lyuba for [[ItAmusedMe his own amusement]]. This time it backfires, as they learn the truth and cooperate to fight back. Levin pretends that he ''really'' is gay... and lusts for Kupitman himself. Then angry Lyuba confronts Kupitman about this, shouting that it was his fault that Levin became like this.

Levin takes away erotic magazine from his underage patient... and gets busted with it by Lyuba. When attempt to explain it fails, he once again asked Kupitman for help. Kupitman suggested him to just frame Lyuba for watching erotic magazines herself... with males, of course. But this fails when Levin gets busted again, this time with homoerotic magazine. Lyuba, fearing what Levin can be bisexual (and what he can possibly leave her for some attractive man), also asks Kupitman for help; after their conversation, she decided to try and "fix" Levin... only to learn about true origin of the magazine. They then cooperate to pay revenge on Kupitman.

* MistakenForGay: Levin's attempt to "retaliate" on Lyuba [[GoneHorriblyWrong completely fails]] when he gets busted by her with homoerotic magazine (which was intended for her). Fortunately, Levin manages to explain her the truth.
* NotInFrontOfTheKid: Varya counted on her patient being ashamed to [[ClusterBleepBomb swear]] in front of the kid. He is; unfortunately, he only able to hold himself for less than than a minute. Good luck to explain this to kid's mother.
* NotWhatItLooksLike: Levin was busted with erotic magazine by Lyuba... except it was not his magazine; he take it away from his (underage) patient.
