To make up for refusing her advances in the morning, Gleb suggests Sophia to check which places in the hospital would fit for making love. She absolutely likes this idea. Sophia invites Gleb into a VIP ward, with clear intentions, but Gleb gets sent on another task by Bykov, an instead sends Alexei, to learn just what Sophia wanted. Naturally, Lyosha busts Sophia half-naked (and ''very'' angry). To not repeat the situations like this, Sophia warns Gleb that ''all'' such requests are invitations to have sex. But she ''again'' gets busted by Alexei, this time because he gets send by Lyuba to check on Sophia. After that, the two talks with Alexei himself, asking him to ''not'' go to archives, to not ruin everything yet again. But Alexei gets an order to go to archive from Bykov, and Lyosha can't refuse direct order. He tries to warn them, but they don't hear him, and when he enters, he interrupts them mid-process. They only manages to find some privacy when Alexei finally leaves home, and they stays on a night shift together.

When Timur annoys Bykov with his "funny" stories to no end, Bykov asks him wether he may spend a whole day silent. Like really, a whole day. To make it more interesting, they both would bet money on it. Unfortunately, Timur's first task involves ''interrogating'' his patient. Timur deals with this clearly rigged task by giving his patient the list of questions, and leaving. But Bykov refuses to give up so easily, and starts provoking Timur into saying at least ''something'', through various means: asking him in the elevator which floor he needs, suddenly scaring him, causing him pain, etc. He even cheats by sending Lyuba to "interrogate" him about the bet, while hiding nearby, but Timur doesn't fall for this. Then Bykov uses even dirtier tactic, and threatens Timur with a night shifts on weekends ''unless'' he objects to it. When Timur's mother calls, it seems that there's no way for him to win (he can't risk ignoring the call, it may be something important if she called him during working hours)... but Timur manages to "talk" with her without anything more than one single "hm" to confirm that he may hear her, with mother saying everything she wants and hanging up. Bykov decides to cooperate with Lyuba (who also betted on Bykov) against Timur, and use even dirtier tactic -- send Polina to check on Timur, who "acts weirdly". Polina, of course, fails to get any info from Timur, and jumps into conclusion that he's acting like this because his grandma has died! He always acted like this after visiting her (she doesn't feel all that well), but if he's ''that'' quiet, it means that something ''really'' bad has happened. Bykov can't tell her the truth without ruining his plan. Polina tries to comfort Timur, by bringing his favourite cake and talk with him. This goes for quite some time, but by the point when she starts giving Timur massage, Bykov returns and informs Polina about their bet and ''real'' reason why Timur is so silent. She reacts as well as may be expected, and refuses every Timur's attempt to apologise. But at least he'd won the bet...

Kupitman, annoyed with Phil being too distracted to work, asks what's going on, and learns about Katia. Kupitman, feeling some compassion, offers his "help" with impressing Katia, by pretending that it's Phil who's boss here, earning him some free points -- only to realise that Phil has lied to be a surgeon, because he finds the fact that he's a venereologist "shameful". Naturally, this offended Kupitman. But despite this, he still tries to help Phil, and even calls his friend in Surgery, to help Phil's cover story. Phil "introduces" Katia to the Surgery, but she finds it weird that ''everyone'' acts so friendly -- unnaturally friendly. Then one of the doctors starts telling stories about Phil's heroism. When Phil introduces Katia to Kupitman, he interrupts the Head of Surgery and calls Kupitman the "Head of Traumatology" instead of his actual position, not risking even mentioning Venereology near Katia. Everything seemingly goes smooth, but then they gets informed of a new patient, and the Head Surgeon suggests to see Phil "in action", ignoring Phil's attempts to refuse. Now, Phil has to either admit to Katia that he lied about being a surgeon, or proceed with operation and prove that he's not a surgeon by failing it (potentially with catastrophic consequences for the patient). In near panic, Phil tries to make a cut on the patient's body -- and "patient" suddenly awakes, angrily asking wether he went nuts (with actual surgeon in the same room asking the same). This is when Phil finally faints. He awakes in Kupitman's office, saying that he's sorry. Kupitman angrily asks him for what he's sorry: for nearly killing the patient; for lying to his girlfriend; or for disrespecting his profession, his boss and his friend? To add insult into injury, not even Katia finds anything shameful in Phil being a venereologist, not understanding why he tried to hide it.

To make up for refusing her advances in the morning, Gleb suggested Sophia to check which places in the hospital would be fit for making love. She absolutely likes this idea.

After Timur annoyed Bykov with his "funny" stories to no end, he asked him wether he may spend whole day silent. Like really, whole day. To make it more interesting, they both would bet money on it. Unfortunately, Timur's first task involves ''interrogating'' his patient.

Kupitman, annoyed with Phil being too distracted to work, asked what's going on, and learns about Katia. Kupitman, feeling some compassion, offered his "help" with impressing Katia, by pretending what it's Phil who's boss here, earning him some free points -- only to realise what Phil lied to be surgeon, because he finds the fact what he's venereologist being "shameful". Naturally, this offended him.

Sophia invited Gleb into VIP ward (obviously meaning sex), but Gleb was sent on another task by Bykov, so he sent Lyosha instead to learn just what Sophia wanted. This resulted in him busting Sophia half-naked (and ''very'' angry).

Timur dealt with clearly rigged task by giving his patient list of questions and leaving. But Bykov wouldn't give up so easily, so he started provoking Timur into saying at least ''something'', like asking him in the elevator which floor he needs, suddenly scaring him, causing him pain, etc. He even cheated by sending Lyuba to "interrogate" him about the bet, while hiding nearby, but Timur didn't fall for it. Then Bykov used even dirtier tactic, by threatening Timur with night shifts on the weekends ''unless'' he would object to it. When Timur's mother called, it seemed what he has no way to win (he can't risk ignoring mother's call, it may be something important if she called him during working hours)... but Timur managed to "talk" with her without anything more than one single "hm" to confirm what he may hear her, with mother saying everything she wanted and hanging up.

Kupitman still in bad mood due to Phil being ashamed of their specialisation, but he offered his help anyway. He would call his friends in Surgery, to build up cover story for Phil.

To not repeat their previous mistakes, Sophia warned Gleb what ''all'' her requests like the first one should be interpreted as invitations. Meanwhile, Lyuba sent Lyosha to check up with Sophia, again resulting in him busting her half-naked.

Bykov unites with Lyuba (who also betted on Bykov) against Timur, and use even dirtier tactic -- sending Polina to check up Timur, who "acts weird", wether he is okay.

Phil "introduces" Katia to the Surgery, but she finds it weird what ''everyone'' act so friendly -- unnaturally friendly. Then one of doctors started saying stories about Phil's heroism. When Phil introduced Katia to Kupitman, he interrupted head of Surgery and called Kupitman "head of Traumatology" instead of his actual position, not risking even mentioning Venereology near Katia. Everything seemingly goes smooth... but then they gets informed of new patient, and Head Surgeon suggests to see Phil "in action". They ignored Phil's attempts to refuse.

Gleb and Sophia talked with Alexei, saying him to ''not'' go into archives, to not interrupt them at least here. Meanwhile, Polina, after trying (and obviously failing) to talk with Timur, jumped into first logical conclusion she can: he acts this way because his grandmother died! He always acted in similar manner after visiting her (she was in not exactly best condition), but if he is ''that'' quiet, this must be something ''really'' bad this time. Bykov couldn't reveal the truth without stopping Polina's involvement right here and now.

Phil now has only two options -- admit to Katia what he lied about being surgeon, or proceed with operation and prove it by action (potentially with catastrophic consequences for patient). He, in near panic, tried to make cut on the patient's body -- and "patient" suddenly awoke, angrily asking wether he went nuts (with actual surgeon in the same room repeating his question). After this, Phil finally fainted. He awoke in Kupitman's office, saying what he is sorry. To add insult into injury, not even Katia finds anything wrong with Phil being venereologist, not understanding why he tried to hide it.

Bykov sent Alexei into archive, and Lyosha can't refuse ''his'' orders. Unfortunately, they didn't hear his warnings, so he was forced to enter -- just to interrupt them "mid-action". They only managed to find some privacy after Alexei finally leaved home and they stayed on night shift, together.

Polina tried to comfort Timur, by bringing his favourite cake and talking with him. This went for quit long enough. By the point she started giving him massage, Bykov returned and informed Polina about their bet and ''real'' reason Timur is so silent. She reacted as well as you may imagine, and ignored every Timur's attempt to apologise. But at least he won his bet...
