Olga's replacement decides to quit, and Kisegach invites Olga to return on her old position. Semyon insists that she must stay home, with their daughter -- only for Olga to accuse him of disliking the prospect of them once again working together, forcing him to back down. As he later admits to Gleb, the ''real'' reason for his negative reaction was fear that Olga would take away what little freedom he has on his workplace -- and that he is tired of always being near her. Gleb suggests him to learn more about why the other accountant quits, and try to prevent it (meaning that Olga would have no way to return). Semyon tries to do so by asking Lyuba. He learns little -- except for the fact that she's completely lone (she doesn't even have a cat!), and comes with a plan how to exploit this: what else, besides love, can force a lone woman to change her mind and not quit her job? He and Gleb would invent an "anonymous suitor", bot bait her interest; at the very least, it would buy them some time. But Gleb refuses to participate in this, so Semyon proceed without him. The plan seemingly works well -- in fact, a little ''too'' well, since now she tries to learn as much as possible from Semyon (who expected that everything going autonomously from him), forcing him to invent new details on the go. Semyon has no other option than to lie that this suitor is Gleb, after which he forces Gleb to play along, despite Gleb stating his disliking of the plan right from the start. Accountant decides to talk with Gleb, but when she sees him with Sophia, she realises that Lobanov lied. In attempt to salvage the situation, Semyon tries to switch her attention to Phil; Phil reacts negatively to the plan, but reluctantly agrees to play along -- only to flirt with the wrong woman, as Semyon never bothered to show him how their accountant even looks like, and then get busted by said accountant. The accountant then confronts Semyon -- she just realised that all this time, that "anonymous suitor" was ''him''. Unfortunately, they can't be together -- Semyon is married, and she can't allow him to just ruin his marriage like this. And before he has a chance to explain, he realises that Olga is here and can hear them! Semyon barely manages to explain the situation to Olga, but now it seems that her returning to the old job is inevitable.

Alexei is late to work, and since Bykov is too busy with his new game to even bother, he just orders him to take bixes[[note]] Special tin containers used for sterilisation[[/note]] and bring them to Kisegach. Bykov realises too late that he meant to say "to Lyuba", but decides to not attempt to correct Alexei, thinking that he would "realise by himself". Alexei doesn't, and just delivers them to Kisegach. Irritated by Alexei not even bothering to double-check blatantly meaningless order (which means that he can't think for himself, and thus, isn't good doctor material), Bykov decides to teach him doubting. Firstly, he orders him to give his patient some pills without explaining what they're supposed to do, then asks what he just did. When Alexei tries to defend himself by "you just ordered me" excuse, Bykov points out that it's ''Alexei's'' patient, not Bykov's, and it's Lyosha's duty to know what happens to his patient. Alexei orders his patient to make a lavement, just to make sure... and then Bykov orders him to give the patient the same pills. When asked why, Bykov states that Alexei was supposed to ask Bykov about these pills right from the tart, not blindly trust him. Then the patient's test results turns out to be bad, and Alexei tries to ask Bykov. Bykov, irritated by him refusing to think for himself, provides him with three options what he may do -- ECG, ultrasound or dropper -- and report to Bykov once he makes a decision. Alexei fails to make a decision, and just does ''all three'', and now patient (whom Lyosha never bothered to warn just ''why'' he needs all this) is on the edge of mental breakdown. Bykov gives Alexei last chance: he must defuse the situation, with one option being "sedatives", and other being "mustard plasters"; one would help the patient, the other is blatantly unrelated to the problem, and Alexei is ''not'' allowed to pick both. Alexei ''still'' fails to see his point, and, after sedating the patient, tries to give the patient mustard plasters...

Kisegach tries to analyse just what secret message Bykov could possibly sent to her via these bixes and their content. She remembers their conversation about Kisegach's mother visiting them (or them visiting her) to let Marina see Ilya, and starts thinking wether it's Bykov's way to give her answer -- but if it is, then wether it's "yes" or "no"? She asks Kupitman, who "confirms" that this is some kind of secret message, and even has a version what it was supposed to mean: Bykov grew bored of "normal" sex, and wants something new. They tries to come up with something else, but Kisegach rejects all Kupitman's ideas as being beyond ridiculous. Kupitman decides to go and find out more by himself. While he fails to find anything, Kisegach finds the "answer" by herself: Bykov hints on wanting a new bike! They decides to confront Bykov about this before it's too late... only for Bykov to find her "theory" (an attempt to make a mini-bike from bixes) being very funny.

** Passing Gleb as anonymous suitor for new accountant? Gleb is in relationship with Sophia (who isn't in the plan), and isn't exactly motivated to even bother playing along, along (Lobanov just forced him), so this legend gets ruined the instant the accountant busts them together.

** When training starts, Bykov orders Lyosha to give his patient some strange pills, expecting that Alexei would at least ask "why?" or "what are they supposed to do?", because, you know, his patient is his responsibility. He doesn't, and Bykov asks him wether he's sure that this turns out to be blatantly wrong suggestion. Alexei misses his point and interprets it as order to give the patient a lavement (to get rid of "wrong" pills), only to being ordered to give them again, this time with explanation what these pills are for. When asked why he then bothered with lavement, Bykov provides him with a predictable answer "because you are dumbass".
** Alexei notices that his patient has weird test results, and asks Bykov what to do (which is against the rules). Irritated, Bykov provides him with three possible options (ECG, ultrasound and dropper), with Alexei choosing the last one. Then Bykov orders him to translate clinical history to Romanian; ''this'' time, Alexei at least bothers to ask "why?", which Bykov takes as a sign of progress. But, as it then turns out, Alexei "just in case" did the other two options, too. Bykov points out that the patient is now on the edge of mental breakdown due to all of this (Alexei also never bothered to explain to him anything), and provides him with two options, one being sedatives, and other being (blatantly unrelated to the case) mustard plasters, and even accents that he ''must'' chose only one of them. He ''still'' tries both (starting with sedatives, and ''then'' applying plasters)... It seems that some people never learn.

* MistakenForCheating: Semyon was so "subtle" in his plan to assure their accountant that she has a new anonymous suitor, that it resulted in her mistaking ''him'' for that suitor. Olga arrives "just in time" to bust her stating that they can't be together, because accountant doesn't want to harm Semyon's marriage. Considering the morning discussion (when Semyon asked Olga to not resume working here), it looks ''very'' ugly for Olga. Semyon only manages to defuse the situation by admitting real reason why he needs to keep Olga away from her old job (to which she reacts as well as he expected, but at least she believed him).

Olga's replacement decided to quit, and Kisegach invites Olga to return on her old position. Semyon insists she must stay home, with their daughter -- only for Olga to accuse him of disliking the prospect of them once again working together, forcing him to back down. As he later admitted to Gleb, ''real'' reason for his negative reaction was fear what Olga would take away what little freedom he has on his workplace -- and what he is tired of always being near her. Gleb suggested him to learn more about why other accountant quits, and try to prevent it (meaning Olga would have no way to return).

Alexei is late to work, and since Bykov is too busy with his new game to even bother, he just orders him to take bixes (special tin containers used for sterilisation) and bring them to Kisegach. Bykov realised too late what he meant to say "to Lyuba", but decided to not attempt to correct Alexei, thinking he would "realise by himself". Alexei didn't, and just delivered them to Kisegach -- who now wonders just what Bykov meant to say by this.

Semyon tries to learn more about their current accountant by asking around Lyuba. He learned little -- except for the fact what she is completely lone (not even pet cat!). And he already has a plan how to exploit it -- what else besides love can force lone woman to change her mind and to not quit her job, except for love? He and Gleb would invent "anonymous suitor" for her, to bait her interest, which would at worst buy them some time. Gleb refused to participate in this.

Bykov is irritated by Alexei not bothering to doublecheck wether his orders were incorrect -- but Lyuba pointed out what Alexei just did as he was told to, because Bykov always expected his interns to be unwilling slaves; they are too broken to even analyse their orders.

Semyon proceed with his plan, and it seems what woman baited it. Meanwhile, Kisegach tries to analyse what secret message Bykov could possible sent to her via these bixes and their content. She remembered their conversation about Kisegach's mother visiting them (or them visiting her), so Marina can see Ilya, and started thinking wether it's Bykov's way to give his answer -- but if it is, then ''which'' option this supposed to represent? She asked Kupitman, who "confirmed" what this is some kind o secret message, and even has a version, what it supposed to mean: Bykov is grew bored of "normal" sex, and wants something new.

Lobanov's attempt to bait accountant's attention went a little ''too'' well, since now she tries to learn as much as possible from Semyon (who relied on everything going autonomously from him), forcing him to invent new details on the go. Semyon had no other option than just state what this suitor is Gleb. Then he forced Gleb into playing along, despite Gleb not liking this plan right from the start.

Bykov isn't happy with Alexei being so blindly obedient, since it means he can't think for himself, and thus, isn't good doctor material. So, he decided to snap him out of it, wether he likes it or not. Firstly, he ordered him to give his patient some pills without explaining what they are supposed to do, then asked him what he just did. When Alexei tried to use "you just ordered me" excuse, Bykov pointed out what it's ''Alexei's'' patient, not Bykov's, and it's Lyosha's duty to know what happens to his patient. Alexei ordered his patient to make a lavement, just to make sure... only for Bykov to order him to give patient very same pills. When asked why, Bykov stated what Alexei was supposed to ask Bykov about these pills right from the start, instead of blindly trusting him.

Accountant decided to talk with Gleb -- only to bust him with Sophia, and realise what Semyon lied. In attempt to salvage situation, Semyon switched her attention to Phil... who was not amused, and agreed to play part in it very reluctantly.

Alexei's patient has bad test results, so he decided to ask Bykov. Bykov, irritated by this (Alexei was supposed to start thinking for himself!), provided him with three options what he may do: ECG, ultrasound or dropper. When he would have answer ready, he should report to Bykov.

Kisegach continued her discussion with Kupitman, only to reject every singly version as being beyond ridiculous. Kupitman decided to go and find out more by himself.

Phil proceed with Semyon's plan -- only to flirt with wrong woman, because Semyon never bothered to show him how their accountant looks like. Things goes even worse when said accountant actually busts them together.

Kupitman failed to find anything, but Kisegach "found" the answer by herself: Bykov hints on wanting new bike! They decided to confront Bykov about this before it's too late.

Accountant confronts Semyon -- she just realised, what "anonymous suitor" is actually ''him''. Unfortunately, they can't be together -- Semyon is married, and she can't allow him to just ruin his marriage like this. And before he could explain anything, he realised what Olga arrived and overheard all this!

As it turns out, Alexei just did ''all three'' of options Bykov provided him with, and now patient (whom Lyosha never bothered to warn just ''why'' he needs all this) is on the edge of mental breakdown. Bykov gave Alexei last chance: he must defuse this situation, with one option being "sedatives", and other being "mustard plasters"; one of this would help patient, other is blatantly unrelated to the problem, and Lyosha must chose exactly one.

Semyon barely managed to explain the situation to Olga. Unfortunately, now her returning to the old job seems to be inevitable. Meanwhile, Bykov was ''very'' amused when he learned about Kisegach's "theory" (and by mini-bike she made from bixes to demonstrate to Kupitman her point). And Alexei ''still'' missed Bykov's point and tried to give his (already sedated!) patient mustard plasters...

* BaitAndSwitch: At first, it's easy to interpret Semyon's reaction to Olga returning to her job as [[StayInTheKitchen him just being opposed to her working, in general, especially considering his comment about Kisegach]], but in reality he just fears what with Olga always watching over him, he would lose what little freedom he has left (which also would cause major stress for him).

* GoneHorriblyRight: Lobanov's attempt to make accountant believe what that she has a new anonymous suitor went works ''too'' well, forcing Semyon to just point her to Gleb, and then to Phil. Ultimately, she just started starts believing what that said "suitor" is ''Semyon himself''. And then Olga busted busts them when accountant explained explains to Semyon why they can't be together!

** Passing Gleb as anonymous suitor for new accountant? Gleb is relationship with Sophia (who isn't in the plan), and isn't exactly motivated to even bother playing along, so this legend was ruined the instant accountant busted them together.
** Passing Phil as anonymous suitor? Phil agreed to play his part, but was never warned [[PoorCommunicationKills how this girl is even looks like]], so he started flirting ''with wrong woman'' -- and accountant actually [[EpicFail busted them together]]!
* IDontPayYouToThink: {{Inverted|Trope}}. While Bykov actually ''dislikes'' Alexei's blind obedience, considering it being detrimental to Lyosha'd duties as doctor, Alexei acts like this is how things should go, always expecting what Bykov would provide him with correct instructions for any situation (which raises question, why even keep Alexei around if he can't do anything without being supervised by Bykov). Lyuba attributed it to interns being suppressed into total compliance, but Alexei tends to act like this in general, not only on duty. So, the rest of their plot involves Bykov trying to force Alexei into realising Bykov actually ''does'' pay him to think.
** Bykov ordered Alexei to deliver some bixes to Kisegach (he made a mistake: he meant to say "Lyuba" instead), but Alexei didn't even bother to ask ''why''. When Bykov learned what Lyuba never received them, he was irritated by Alexei's lack of mind's flexibility, and decided to "train" him.
** When training started, Bykov ordered Lyosha to give his patient some strange pills, expecting what Alexei would at least ask "why?" or "what are they supposed to do?", because, you know, his patient is his responsibility. He didn't, and Bykov asked him what if this turns out to be blatantly wrong suggestion? Alexei missed his point and interpreted it as order to give patient lavement (to get rid of "wrong" pills), only to being ordered to give them again, this time with explanation what these pills are for. When asked why he then bothered with lavement, Bykov provided him with predictable answer "because you are dumbass".
** Then Alexei noticed what his patient has weird test results, and asked Bykov what to do (which was against the rules). Irritated Bykov provided him with three possible options (ECG, ultrasound and dropper), with Alexei choosing the last one. Then Bykov ordered him to translate clinical history to Romanian; ''this'' time, Alexei at least bothered to ask "why?", which Bykov took as a sign of progress. But, as it then turns out, Alexei just took ''all three'' options (well, he technically ''did'' chose one, but then decided to use other two, too, "just in case". Bykov pointed out what patient is now on the edge of mental breakdown due to all of this (Alexei also never bothered to explain to him just why he did all this), and provided him with two options, one being sedatives, and other being (blatantly unrelated to the case) mustard plasters, and even accented what he ''must'' chose only one of them. He ''still'' tried both (''starting'' with sedatives, and ''then'' applying plasters)... It seems, some people never learn.
* LoveLetterLunacy: Semyon's plan involves setting up something like this on purpose, by inventing "anonymous suitor" for their accountant, so she wouldn't quit her job and instead would stay to find out more about him (meaning [[ItMakesSenseInContext Olga couldn't take this job for herself]]). This [[GoneHorriblyRight horribly backfired]].
* MistakenForCheating: Semyon was so "subtle" in his plan to assure their accountant what she has new anonymous suitor, what it resulted in her mistaking ''him'' for that suitor. Olga arrived just "in time" to bust her stating they can't be together because accountant wants to not harm Semyon's marriage. Considering the morning discussion (when Semyon asked Olga to not resume working here), it looked ''very'' ugly for Olga. Semyon only managed to defuse situation by admitting real reason why he needs to keep Olga away from her old job (to which she reacted as well as he expected, but at least she believed him).
* MortonsFork: When Semyon reacted negatively to Olga returning to her old position of hospital's accountant, Olga took it as a sign of him reacting badly to them once again working together. This forced Semyon to either accept this interpretation -- thus offending her, admitting why he reacted badly to it (he fears what she would take away what little freedom he has left on his workplace, plus here he can have some "rest" from Olga), which opens whole new can of possible problems, or just submitting to her. He chose the last one... but tried to manipulate new accountant into staying on her job, which caused whole mess to unfold.
* NoNameGiven: Despite being important character for Semyon's plot, replacement accountant was never called by name.
