* RejectedApology: In a sense. While Billy doesn't outright apologize to Mandy over what he did to her, he does remorsefully relay his actions to Milkshakes in his room admits he deserves punishment over it. Just then, Mandy reveals herself to have possessed Milkshakes, sarcastically acknowledging Billy's confession of guilt and pacing towards him to inflict that punishment.

* InfernalBackground: When Billy possesses Mandy, the background gets insanely fiery before Billy's eyes and grin reveal it was a success.

* SmallRoleBigImpact: Grim only appears at the beginning and midway point, but it's thanks to him the plot rolled.

* OhCrap: When Billy realizes Mandy possessed Milkshakes and is about to beat the shit out of him.

* WhamShot: While it's subtly foreshadowed, Mandy is revealed to have possessed Milkshakes.

* VoicesAreMental: When someone gets possessed, they speak with the possessor’s voice, but no one seems to notice the difference when Billy possesses Mandy.

* LaserGuidedKarma: After Billy possesses Mandy and makes her body do a lot of weird things, he’s mauled by her. Although Billy did show guilt over his behaviour through the day.

* GrandTheftMe: The whole plot of the episode is Billy using Mandy’s body. Grim also uses it on Milkshakes as an example.

* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: Mandy doesn’t get freed of her possession until after Billy accidentally bangs his head in her body. In later seasons, it’s shown she can break free out of her own will.

Grim misses the good-old days of his life as the reaper of souls and, due to his bet, he cannot return to the Underworld, much to the hilarity of his Underworld co-workers. Having a sudden epiphany, Grim decides to be good and help people rather than try to take their souls. However, Grim attempts at being good are faced with resistance from people, who are scared off by his appearance.

After watching a movie where people possesses others by jumping into their heads, Billy asks Grim if he can do that. Grim answers by possessing Milkshakes and singing. Billy then tries to jump into his father's head, but fails. Grim says he must jump in head first.

Billy then tries to jump into Mandy's head, and possesses her. He makes her do assorted things like insulting Grim, flirting with Irwin, kissing Mandy's mother, going into both men's and women's restrooms, and eating earthworms. In the end, Billy trips and leaves Mandy's head. Then he faces a furious Mandy, who orders him to leave.

Later that night, Billy is feeling sorry for jumping into Mandy's head, when Milkshakes shows him a frown expression, revealing Mandy possessed her. She tells Billy that "he can pick his friends and can pick his nose, but can't pick his friends' nose" before mauling him.

Grim teaches Billy how to take control of someone else's body. Billy, unfortunately, makes the mistake of trying his new skill out on Mandy.

* EyeScream: While it’s [[GoryDiscretionShot not shown]], Billy screams “My eyes!” as he’s being attacked by a Mandy-possessed Milkshakes, implying that she she clawed his eyes out.
