* GodzillaThreshold: Barry teams up with Captain Cold (again) since he has no options left -- and he does it by pulling Snart from the timeline.

* TheBadGuysWin: Savitar successfully kills Iris. And the last we see of the fight between Vibe and Killer Frost, the latter has the upper hand.

** ARGUS has it set up so that their HQ is meta-proof and they have numerous fail-safes to ensure that unauthorised personal cannot easily pass through security. And as it turns out even stealing the Dominator device triggers a fail-safe that locks any inruders inside the King Shark room and sends security after them.

** In addition, Wally finds out that Savitar is coming for them about ten seconds in advance-easily enough time for a speedster like him to open a portal and get himself, Harry, Joe and especially Iris out of there. Instead, he just stands there and prepares to fight someone he knows he can't beat on his own.
