* RailroadTracksOfDoom: Barely averted; the General Lee stalls on some railroad tracks, and a moment later the flashing lights come on. Bo and Luke are barely able to get the car pushed off the tracks before the train reaches the crossing.

* FrameUp: Once again Boss tries to frame the Dukes for his own illegal activities.
* HauledBeforeASenateSubCommittee: Boss Hogg is in a tizzy because a Senator is about to visit Hazzard County to investigate the crime there, so he tries to bribe his underlings into pausing their activities until after the Senator leaves. In the end the Senator congratulates the Dukes and the Sheriff's department for capturing the criminals.
* IdentityAmnesia: When Boss Hogg comes to from getting bumped on the head he doesn't remember anything about himself. He learns his name, but becomes an honest man, complaining about the corruption in the Hazzard County police department and insisting that Rosco release the Dukes because they're so nice.
* GotMeDoingIt: Waylong Jennings as the Balladeer starts calling Rosco "Bosco" after Jefferson Hogg does it enough times.
* MistakenForCheating: Jefferson Hogg sees a picture on his desk and asks who that is. Rosco tells him it's his (Hogg's) wife Lulu. Jefferson then notices that Rosco is in the picture as well, and demands to know what he's doing with his wife. Rosco nervously and quickly explains that Lulu is his sister.
* NecktieLeash: Jefferson Hogg grabs Rosco by the necktie when he thinks that Rosco is having an affair with his wife.
* NeverHeardThatOneBefore: Once again a Duke has to climb out of a speeding car and onto another speeding car.

* NoHonorAmongThieves: What the other thieves think is happening when Boss Hogg acts like he doesn't know who they are. He's actually got amnesia.

* UmpteenthCustomer: Daisy gets a telegram saying she was the one millionth customer at a store in Capitol City which means she's the prize winner of a car, a mink coat, some jewelry, and four airplane tickets to Mexico. It's actually Boss Hogg's minions planting evidence on the Dukes to make them look guilty of Grand Theft Auto ''et al.'' including plans to flee the country. Later on Luke talks to the store's real manager, who tells him that they have never run a promotion such as that.
