Added DiffLines:

It's Care-a-Lot's birthday, and as the party preparations grow more hectic by the minute, Beastly makes off with Baby Hugs and Tugs.

First air date: September 13th, 1986

!!Tropes:
* BirthdayEpisode: A variation; the celebration is of the founding of Care-a-Lot and the Care Bears Family, which is treated InUniverse as a birthday.
* BrickJoke: When Beastly arrives in Care-a-Lot, he realizes that No Heart never specified which colour Care Bear he wanted, and first thinks to get a pink one. Later, when Beastly returns to the castle with Hugs and Tugs (the former of whom is pink), No Heart mentions he hopes Beastly brought back a pink bear.
* TheCameo: There are brief, voiceless cameos from Secret Bear (who is TheVoiceless anyway), Gentle Heart Lamb, Bright Heart Raccoon, and Playful Heart Monkey.
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness:
** Hugs and Tugs speak in a much more babyish way. Subsequent episodes gave them speech on par with the adult bears.
** Beastly is a much darker brown than later episodes.
* FirstAppearance: Of Tenderheart, Brave Heart, Grumpy, Cheer Bear, Hugs and Tugs, True Heart, Noble Heart, Good Luck Bear, Swift Heart, Bedtime Bear, Lotsa Heart, Secret Bear (cameo only), Funshine Bear, Gentle Heart, Playful Heart, Bright Heart, Champ Bear, No Heart, and Beastly.
