* DoubleMeaningTime: "Chille tid" means "chilling time". That could mean "time for chilling (relaxing)", which is what the sleepover was ''supposed'' to be. [[AmbiguousSyntax It could also mean]] "a time that ''is'' chilling (frightening and uncomfortable) time", which is what the dreams of Lapis end up making Steven's night.

* TrivialTitle: The meaning of the title "chille ted" is just what the sitcom-dream version of Garnet says once, apparently being her CatchPhrase. Considering it means "chilling time" and Steven's dreams end up being anything but relaxing, it's also an IronicEpisodeTitle. Unless of course you take it a step further to the other meaning of "Chilling" as "frightening and uncomfortable"...

* MentalPictureProjector: While sleeping, Pearl's gem projects her dream of Rose being with her.

* RealDreamsAreWeirder: Most of the dreams featured semi-meaningful nonsense (Steven's life as a sitcom, Steven flying with dogcopter, Pearl surfing with Rose), which is what makes Steven take notice of his much-more straightforward dreams where he talks to Lapis.
