* ArmorPiercingQuestion: At the end of the episode, when Mordecai and Rigby get confronted by a beyond-furious Benson, they try to calm him down by saying that they got rid of the mess in the room, meaning he can't fire them. Benson's response to this is, "SO WHO ''CAN'' I FIRE FOR ''ALL THE DAMAGE YOU TWO DID TO THE PARK''?!", something the duo can't argue against due to having used the Wall Buddy on such a massive scale.

* BlameGame: The final frame of the episode has Mordecai and Rigby pointing at each other in an attempt to sell the other out, after Benson demands to know who he is going to fire for the destruction left behind by the Wall Buddy.

* ImmediateSelfContradiction: At the end when a livid Benson shows up, Mordecai and Rigby are united in pointing out that the trash is no longer in their room, so he can't fire them for that. But then Benson furiously demands to know who he ''can'' fire for all the damage the two did to the park for their Wall Buddy, to which the two immediately point fingers at the other.

I am surprised that no one else has done this before.

* BothSidesHaveAPoint: Mordecai's request that Rigby clean up him his own mess is perfectly reasonable, however Rigby is right that Mordecai sold him out to Benson so he wouldn't get into trouble.
* LazyBum: The entire plot revolves around how much Rigby hates to clean up after himself. He tries to get Mordecai to do it for him, and when he loses a bet to see who does it between them, he tries to run.

* CallBack: Items that are seen to prove Mordecai's point that Rigby has used before because of his laziness are the Brain Max from "More Smarter" and the Russian from "One Pull Up".
* EmbarrassingRingTone: To try and see if Benson's phone is in Mordecai and Rigby's room, Skips calls it to see if it answers, to which cheery pop music plays. Skips is amused by this, to which Benson says that [[BlatantLies the tune came with the phone]]. Skips isn't fooled, to which Benson admits that he just likes it.

* NotHelpingYourCase:
** When protesting to Mordecai that not every garbage in their room is his alone, Rigby points out a crumpled piece of paper on the floor with writing on it. Rigby [[InsaneTrollLogic believes that since he almost never writes anything, this paper must be Mordecai's]]. The paper in question reads, "Rigby's to-do list. Stay cool, Don't ever change. Have a good summer."
** And when blaming Rigby for getting the Wall Buddy which went haywire, Mordecai states how every time he has to get something simple done, he buys a product to make matters worse. Rigby asks when has he ever done that, only to notice a pile behind him with products from similar such instances.
* PunctuatedForEmphasis: While Mordecai and Rigby are clashing while using Wall Buddy.
