Added DiffLines:

* CallBack: When finally allowed to unload, Benson points out "YOU WOULDN'T ''KNOW'' A JOB WELL DONE IF YOU ''PAID'' SOMEONE TO DO IT FOR YOU", and "WORRYING MORE ABOUT LOOKING COOL THAN DOING YOUR JOB!", which are the plots of "Temp Check" and "Cool Bikes" respectively.

Added DiffLines:

* IdiotBall: There's really no other explanation for how Mordecai and Rigby go out of their way to mess up their jobs.

Added DiffLines:

* MisBlamed: Pops punishes Benson for yelling, completely ignoring the reasons why he was yelling at Mordecai and Rigby, namely their feeding roses Benson's diet soda because they were too lazy to get the hose, wiping down the cart with sandpaper, and speeding the cart while driving blindfolded.

Some pride in doing a job well done! But you wouldn't ''know'' a job well done if you ''paid'' someone to do it for you, and even then you'd screw it all up on the account that you can't even follow the simplest of instructions, worrying more about looking cools than doing your jobs!

* AngstNuke / BreathWeapon: The result of Benson's Benson finally releasing his pent up anger.anger, as a scathing rant, channels a massive beam of pure rage through his mouth.

Added DiffLines:

* BurningWithAnger: Exaggerated; Benson suppressing his anger starts making him literally steam as he burns patches into the lawn just from walking. When he reaches a fever pitch witnessing Mordecai and Rigby crashing the cart, we're given an internal shot of all his gumballs igniting. Then he starts levitating, surrounded by a beaming corona, drawing in chunks of his surroundings that get obliterated on contact, essentially becoming like a ''miniature star'' from all his repressed rage.

It's a nice day in the park and Pops is chasing a butterfly when he hears Benson yelling at Mordecai and Rigby and he loses sight of the butterfly. A little while later he is drawing a rose when he hears Benson yelling again, and the yelling messes up his drawing. Later, he is playing with toy soldiers and is once again distracted by Benson yelling at the guys for not having washed the golf cart. Having had enough of this, Pops asks Benson to come inside for a meeting. In his office, he asks Benson to stop yelling at Mordecai and Rigby, or else he'll write him up, and then he'll be forced to fire him.
Dismayed and disgruntled, Benson goes out of the house and down the stairs, almost completely forgetting Pops' warning. "YOU GUYS STILL AREN'T- you still aren't done?!" he sputters, going red in his glass face. The guys' annoying slacking drives Benson to scream "GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!" and gets another warning from Pops.

Up in the house, he looks up ways he can control his temper online; one is an advertisement for a self-help book, and another is a piece of advice: recite a personal mantra like "Ohm." After getting frustrated at the computer, Benson finds that this "Ohm" thing actually works... but not around Mordecai and Rigby. After losing it once more, Pops writes Benson up. Furious, Benson starts jumping on and breaking furniture. Skips advises, "Just count to ten". Benson tries this, and storms out along the park. There he catches sight of Mordecai and Rigby "painting" the shed, damaging it in the process. Benson struggles to hold in his anger and count, but the guys only annoy him by counting with him.

Refusing to give up, he turns tail and storms off to the book store and buy the book from the cheesy advert. He goes home, inserts the tape, and it advises him not to yell, even when it's just to pass the salt. This triggers a flashback to his childhood, where everyone in his family was loud and obnoxious, and poor Benson was quiet and meek. He remembers his father telling him that "you're not gonna get what you want in life if you don't yell". In his subconscious, pale pink and angry, a giant Pops lifts up the roof and declares "Benson, you're fired!" In a flash, Benson rips off the headphones, and starts destroying everything, jumping on furniture, his long, gangly legs going right through his television, and he throws a chair out the window. Stressed, he looks into the mirror. "Keep it together, Benson", he says. "You've got a whole day of work left."

Moments later, he's storming through the park, his feet burning the grass at every touch. He's practically volcanic with repressed rage. Seeing Mordecai and Rigby crashing a golf cart, he refuses to yell. His glass face goes red. And then it turns burning gold. Fire erupts around him and he floats dramatically into the air, sucking loose objects around with it. The golf cart flies up towards him but it burns to dust at the touch of the flaming aura around Benson. Skips and Pops arrive on the scene, and Pops admits it's his fault that Benson is this... this fireball. He tells him to yell at Mordecai and Rigby, but Benson refuses. Pops then tells him that if he doesn't yell, he's fired. Benson obliges. He lets out a cry of rage, and screams his heart out, "YOU LAZY NO-GOOD SLACKERS DRIVE ME NUTS, CAN'T YOU JUST LISTEN TO ME ONCE IN YOUR WORTHLESS LIVES?! 'CAUSE IF YOU DID YOU'D SEE THAT I'M TRYING TO TEACH YOU SOME SIMPLE RESPONSIBILITY, SOME PRIDE IN YOUR WORK AND A JOB WELL DONE!! BUT YOU WOULDN'T KNOW A JOB WELL DONE IF YOU PAID SOMEONE TO DO IT FOR YOU, AND EVEN THEN YOU'D SCREW IT ALL UP ON THE ACCOUNT THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN FOLLOW THE SIMPLEST OF INSTRUCTIONS, WORRYING MORE ABOUT LOOKING COOL THAN DOING YOUR JOB!!!", and he does this while ''tears'' are streaming from his face.

The yelling works. Benson is back to normal, although Pops wishes he wouldn't yell so much. Benson calmly tells Mordecai and Rigby to clean the mess up or they're fired. But Benson had yelled them deaf.
