* ShoutOut: One of the scenes in the Zombie Dinner Party 2 trailer depicts a number of zombiefied arms bursting through a wall, referencing ''Film/DayOfTheDead''.

* SeriesContinuityError: Throughout the episode, Rigby is planning to see a rather gruesome-looking horror film called Zombie Dinner Party 2, and actually seems to be excited about it. This is despite having been previously established as easily frightened by even the cheesiest of horror films. What makes this truly glaring is the fact that this character trait was established ''just one episode ago''.
