'''Season 2, Episode 5'''
!... And Found

In flashbacks, we see the story of Sun and Jin's first meeting. Jin's friend reads his horoscope, and tells him he will find love, and it will look "orange". Jin gets a job as a doorman at a snobby hotel. Sun's mother introduces her to a potential suitor, the hotel owner's son, Jae Lee. Despite both dreading the arrangement, Sun and Jae hit it off, and go on another date. However, Jae Lee reveals that he already intends to marrry another woman in America, and wants to use the pretense of their relationship to fend off pressure from his parents. Sun is heartbroken, and leaves. Jin quits on the spot after the owner reprimands him for allowing a poor man and his son in to use the bathroom. While walking down the street, Jin is distracted by a woman in an orange dress, and bumps into Sun.

At the Tailies' camp, the Tailies ask Michael, Jin and Sawyer for their help gathering food and water, so they can make the journey back to the main survivors' camp. Sawyer's shoulder wound is getting worse. Michael runs off into the jungle in search of Walt, and Jin and Eko follow him despite Ana Lucia's objections. They encounter the body of a man named Goodwin, with a weapon still stuck in his chest. Jin asks "Others?", and Eko nods. Sensing someone coming, the two hide, and see a group of barefoot Others pass by. They find Michael, and Eko convinces him that he cannot find the Others himself, and he returns with him.

At the beach, Sun has lost her wedding ring, and tries to retrace her steps to find it. Growing increasingly distressed, she tells Kate about Claire finding the message bottle. She shows her where she buried it, and they discover that she accidentally buried her ring too.

!Tropes in this episode include:
* BelligerentSexualTension: The way in which Sawyer and Ana Lucia trade barbs gives off this vibe.
* ProphecyTwist: Jin's roommate tells him that his horoscope says he will find love soon, and it will be "orange". Remembering this, Jin is distracted in the street by a woman in an orange dress, and then bumps into Sun, meeting her for the first time.
* NoSell: Jin, a former hitman, punches Eko in the face hard enough to draw blood. Eko shrugs it off like it's nothing, then floors him with a headbutt.
