Tsukuyomi, with the power of her recently acquired Ridewatch and her own Ziku Driver, transforms in Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi, but all of a sudden, she stops time and pledges her loyalty to her brother, betraying Sougo and her friends. With that, they escape.

In the city, the horde of Kamen Rider enemies are wreaking havoc everywhere. Geiz, Woz, Tsukasa and even Daiki Kaito are fighting to protect the civilians, but the enemies are resurrected endlessly, overwhelming the four Riders. The situation become even worse when Swartz summons past Riders’ final bosses. N-Daguva-Zeba brought down absolute darkness from the Kurogatake Mountains, Evolt consuming people inside his black hole, Gamedeus infecting people with the Gamedeus Virus, and Sagittarius Zodiarts and Utopia Dopant killing people.

With the help of Tsukuyomi, Another Decade defeats the four Riders, taking them out of the battle. Before he could go on, Sougo arrives with the newly-restored Grand Zi-O Ridewatch, and transforms into Grand Zi-O. Sougo summons Kamen Riders Build [=TankTank=] Form, Drive Type Formula, Ghost Ore Damashii, and Ex-Aid Maximum Gamer to assault Another Decade, but the kaijin relents and strikes back. After that, Sougo summons OOO Tajadol Combo, Gaim Pine Arms, Wizard Infinity Style, and Double [=CycloneJoker=] Xtreme to aid him in battle, but the final bosses wipe the floor with them. Finally, with the combined strength of final bosses, Swartz defeats Sougo too, reverting him to human form.

Swartz attempts to kill Sougo, but suddenly Geiz in his Revive Shippu form stands before him and takes fatal damage. Sougo cradles the dying Geiz, who confesses he had no regrets returning to 2018 and befriending Sougo and asks him to become Ohma Zi-O, the strongest and kindest king, before passing away. As Sougo watches his best friend die in his arms, his Ziku-Driver transforms into the golden Ohma Zi-O Driver.

Grieved and enraged, Sougo transforms into Ohma Zi-O, rendering Woz speechless until Sougo commands him to herald his advent. Swartz laughs at seeing his prize however, because he can finally absorb all of Sougo's powers and become the undisputed king. He begins absorbing said power... only to learn too late that he ''can't'', because Ohma Zi-O's power is the power of ''all'' the Kamen Riders; Swartz is left recoiling in pain for his troubles. Angered, he throws the final bosses at Ohma Zi-O, but Sougo obliterates them all and plows through the monstrous legions effortlessly. Realizing he can never defeat Ohma Zi-O, Swartz tries to flee, but Tsukuyomi backstabs him. Realising Tsukuyomi feigned her loyalty, Swartz angrily kills his own sister, but that ends up becoming the last mistake he ever makes, because a now infuriated Sougo, having witnessed this murder, screams in unbridled, primitive fury, and brutally forces him to meet the blood-stained business end of his Ohma Zi-O Hissatsu Geki in revenge.

As the two siblings fade from existence, Tsukuyomi pleads with her brother to cease his foolish prattle as he can't beat Sougo. Swartz goes down kicking and screaming in pain and denial, while a serene Tsukuyomi entrusts Sougo with the future of their two worlds, which merge into one.

As Sougo destroys the timeline, Tsukasa and Kaito are watching in the distance, with the world traveller musing over his current adventure in World of Zi-O ending and waiting for another adventure in the future. With that, the damage to the Riders' worlds is repaired.

* KarmicDeath: Swartz spent the entire season tormenting and manipulating Sougo into becoming Ohma Zi-O. He succeeds, but then Sougo kills him the same way Swartz killed most of his other victims as the exact same Ohma Zi-O he forced Sougo into becoming.

The year is 2018 in Sougo's world, and Sougo is a normal high schooler reaching the end of his summer vacation. As he departs for the school, he meets his schoolmates, Geiz, Tsukuyomi, Ora and Heure who accompany him as they rush off to face another school semester together, destined to live a normal life...

Tsukuyomi succeeded at transforming into Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi! But, she stops time and kneel to Swartz, pledging her loyalty to her brother, betraying Sougo and her friends. With that, they escape.

Sougo, Geiz, Woz and Tsukasa Kadoya return to 95 DO to discuss the recent situation. Tsukasa’s original plan is to make Tsukuyomi a Kamen Rider, because the cause of her world’s destruction is a lack of Kamen Riders there. Ideally, once Tsukuyomi became a Kamen Rider, she will return to her homeworld and then create a link with Sougo in this world, uniting the worlds. Still, this plan lacks a means to migrate billions of humans on Zi-O’s world to Tsukuyomi’s homeworld.

The following morning, Sougo has breakfast with Junichiro. The uncle tells him not to make this a last meal, and that he should come home with his friends when everything is resolved. Before Sougo departs for the final battle, Junichiro presents him with the repaired 20 Ridewatches, citing that for a master watch repairer like him, there is no watch he cannot repair.

Swartz blasts Sougo with an intent to kill, but suddenly Geiz in his Revive Shippu form stands before him and takes fatal damage. Sougo cradles the dying Geiz, and he finally confesses that he feels very happy returning to 2018 and befriending Sougo. Geiz finally calls Sougo by his name and asks him to become Ohma Zi-O, the strongest and kindest king, before passing away. Stricken with grief, Sougo's Ziku-Driver transforms into the golden Ohma Zi-O Driver.

Sougo transforms in anger into Ohma Zi-O, making Woz speechless. In a deep voice, he asks the prophet to announce his ascension and he does so. Swartz laughs in elation at seeing the Demon King however, because with that he can finally absorb Sougo's powers to rule the world. He begins absorbing said power but it backfires, because Ohma Zi-O's power is the power of ALL the Heisei Riders. As Swartz doubles in pain, he commands the final bosses to kill Sougo.

Ohma Zi-O begin the most one-sided battle of his lifetime when he destroys all final bosses in one hit and even thinning the horde of Riders' enemies easily. In a desperate attempt, Swartz tries to escape to his world, but Tsukuyomi stabs him from behind, while saying that their world does not need a king like him. As the enraged Swartz kills Tsukuyomi, Sougo howls in anger and executes the Ohma Zi-O Ultimate Attack to finally kill Swartz.

Before their existences are erased, Tsukuyomi pleads with her brother to stop his foolish actions as he can’t defeat the strongest and kindest king, Sougo. Swartz is finally erased… before she’s gone, Tsukuyomi entrusts Sougo with the future of their two worlds, which merge into one.

Woz approaches Sougo and pledges his everlasting loyalty to the newly crowned king. But, Sougo doesn’t want to rule as he will destroy this timeline. Before he could do so, he is brought in front of his future self. The old Demon King asks if Sougo is really willing to discard his dream to be the king and Sougo answers that he doesn't want to become a king if his friends are dead. With that answer, Ohma Zi-O’s existence is finally erased.

As Sougo destroys the timeline, Tsukasa and Kaito are watching in the distance. Tsukasa says that finally his adventure in World of Zi-O is ending and he looks forward for another adventure in the future. After that, the united world separated into the 20 Heisei Rider worlds and Tsukuyomi's homeworld, restoring the timeline.

In this new world, Sougo returns as a normal high schooler in the end of 2018 summer vacation. As he departs for the school, he meets his schoolmates, Geiz and Tsukuyomi. Ora and Heure are also here too, they become Sougo’s underclassmen. Sougo and company then go to school together, surely to lead an ordinary life…
