** Walter "Chewy" Rodriguez, aka Chicken Foot, is clearly missing a few screws, hence why he's so quick to believe that he really is Chicken Foot. Being trapped in a chicken costume for a long time doesn't help.
** The clerk at Mr. Chicky Licky isn't much better. Watch him waving around frozen chickens and making spooky noises while telling Dib about Chicken Foot. Later, he gleefully eats soggy french fries out of a dirty sink.
