Lewis and Shepherd investigate the murder of David Ralston and begin to suspect his twin brother Adam (Creator/MitchellLichtenstein) committed the murder. Ballard and Gharty must work together with Detective Landrewsky ([[Music/{{Aerosmith}} Joe Perry]]), a Washington D.C. narcotics detective, to solve a drug-related murder. Mike Giardello gets approved for a transfer to Baltimore to work as the FBI's liaison to the Homicide unit, which does not make his father happy.
