* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Stolas's reaction to learning that Blitzo, who he's fallen head over heels for, believes Stolas views him as a toy who only wants to use Blitzo for sex. He quietly lets Blitzo go, then sits down on the steps of his empty home in tears.

** On Blitzo's phone at the end of the episode, one of the apps he has is called "Voxflics", a reference to Netflix and the television Overlord Vox from "Hazbin Hotel".

* LaserGuidedKarma: Blitzo refused to respect Moxxie and Millie's anniversary and it directly leads to him being humiliated.

* NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished: Blitzo standing up for his employees got him noticed by Asmodeus and Fizzaroli. If he kept to himself, his night with Stolas might not have been torpedoed.

* PoorCommunicationKills: This episode confirms that Stolas does have sincere romantic feelings for Blitzo. His actual behavior, however, has left Blitzo under the impression that he's little more than Stolas's personal hooker. Stolas doesn't correct him when he states this, but when Blitzo drives off, he's clearly devastated at how wrong it's all gone.

* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: The last we see of Moxxie and Millie is Asmodeus kicking them out of the club and the focus is solely on Blitzo and Stolas for the rest of the episode. Granted it wouldn't be much of a stretch to assume they took their romantic night home to the bedroom.

* TheDreaded: Asmodeus is the embodiment of one of the Seven Deadly Sins, specifically {{Lust}}, and is well within the top ten most powerful demons in hell. Stolas, a Goetia demon more powerful than ''Hazbin Hotel'''s Alastor, had shown hints of his true power in the previous episode, yet he is horrified upon discovering that the club he is visiting belongs to Asmodeus. Later on, Asmodeus sings a song humiliating him and Blitzo with Stolas being powerless to stop him. Asmodeus later orders Millie and Moxxie to leave his club, with Millie not offering any resistance despite earlier attacking Fizzarolli for sharing a duet with Asmodeus meant to humiliate Moxxie.

** When Blitzo is stalking Moxxie and Millie on the train, the newspaper he hides behind has pictures of an [[WebAnimation/HazbinHotel Exorcist]], and the Fizzarolli & Friends show and the Apple mascot from "Loo Loo Land".

** By the dumpster where the bouncer throws Blitzo, a "Welcome to the Lust Ring" poster is plastered slightly over a poster advertising a Fizzarolli {{Sexbot}}, which is pinned slightly over a poster for [[WebAnimation/HazbinHotel Angel Dust]].

* {{Foreshadowing}}: When Fizzarolli is talking about the sex bots of him, his smile looks extremely forced when he says "that robo me (the one from Loo Loo Land) made us more money than the ones we sell to get you freaks off." Come [[Recap/MammonsMagnificientMusicalMidseasonSpecialFtFizzarolli season 2, episode 7]] and it turns out that he's extremely uncomfortable about the dolls being made in his image.

** The Lust Ring outside of OZZIE'S is essentially one big Red Light District, and has tons of creative signs and business names to match. Some gems include "Sexy Wear" over "Hanky Panty" (with a neon sign shaped like panties), "Tongue Lounge" (for same-sex couples), "Fun House" (with neon signs of couples in several different positions), "Hubby Hotel" (for male couples), and [[JustForPun "Chuckle Fucks"]].

** Both Blitzo and Stolas have this reaction when they realize two important things about the Ozzie's; in Blitzo's case, the host is Fizzarolli and in Stolas's case, the club is owned by Asmodeus.

** Stolas actually calls Blitzo by his preferred name and not “Blitzy” twice in the episode, first when he tries to initiate a more romantic tone to their date, and at the end when Blitzo refuses to come inside and chews him out. Both times show that Stolas is taking the situation with Blitzo very seriously.

* PetTheDog: Downplayed. Asmodeus and Fizzaroli are ''huge'' jerks who heckle Moxxie for his love song and utterly humiliate Blitzo and Stolas, they arguably show a ''little'' sympathy in a few instances.
** After they call Moxxie out on singing a sentimental love song that isn't right for their establishment, they tell him the kind of song they'd rather he sing and give him a chance to fix it, rather than just humiliate him and then kick him off the stage.
** After Millie knocks out Fizzarolli (Asmodeus' right hand and implied ''lover'') so Moxxie can finish his song, despite Asmodeus and Fizzarolli sharing a gag over it, they allow the two to finish their loving song ''before'' telling them to GetOut.

* ShutUpHannibal: After Asmodeus and Fizzarolli spend an entire song mocking and humiliating her husband and boss, during the final verse of "House of Asmodias", Millie silences them by swiftly flattening Fizzarolli to give the mic back to her husband so he can finish his serenade. This also doubles as her refusing to let them have the last word on the subject.

** While Blitzo searches for Moxxie and Millie's table, there is a quick look at the imp butler of the Goetia residence at one table, surrounded by horny demons, including two of Verosika's succubi. There is another table where a couple that [[https://reddit.com/r/HelluvaBoss/comments/qob386/i_see_some_familiar_faces_are_having_fun/ previously showed up]] in "Loo Loo Land" has the male imp receiving fellatio from the female under their table.
