* MamasBabyPapasMaybe: The whole point of the episode. Martin is unsure whether he really is Fras and Niles's father given they share so many traits with Leland, to the extent even Eddie gets confused as to who he's supposed to stare at, while having pretty much nothing in common with him. Not helping Martin's insecurity is the knowledge Hester ''did'' cheat on him at least once before, meaning it's not out of the question she did so again.
* MoodWhiplash: The ending has Martin and Leland amicably parting ways with the situation resolved. He returns to the apartment, and... begins sulking at the sight of Frasier and Niles being themselves, forced to deal with the fact that, yes, they ''are'' his sons. Whether he likes it or not.
