* FoodAsBribe: The PlayerCharacter gives the wizard wine, which motivates him to introduce the DoubleJump technique.
* TheGhost: The wizard communicates through signs in the level, but isn't actually visible anywhere.
* TheHomewardJourney: The level starts below your house, which is [[InsurmountableWaistHeightFence on a cliff you can't quite reach by jumping]].
* InconvenientlyPlacedConveyorBelt: There's a conveyer belt on the ceiling, conveniently making a path forward.
* InsurmountableWaistHeightFence: The PlayerCharacter can't reach their house, because the cliff is slightly too high to reach by a jump.
* NonLethalBottomlessPits: Many of the pits of water have [[SuperDrowningSkills spikes at the bottom]], but one of them simply teleports the player backwards.
* PlotCoupon: Four coins are needed to reactivate the statue, giving access to Forbidden DoubleJump City.
