Considering Sarah had just beating him up earlier, Eddy's demand for Ed to give back Mr. Yum Yum is definitely moreso to avoid further trouble.

* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Eddy is concerned about Jimmy's rabbit Mister Yum-Yum being stolen by Ed and yells at him to give it back.

* DidntThinkThisThrough: Inevitably, since this is [[TheDitz Ed]] we're talking about here, he never thought about how he was going to get the kids' cash.

* HonorBeforeReason: Edd encouraging Ed to come up with a scam of his own is what caused the conflict to happen in the first place.

* JerkassHasAPoint: Eddy, though he was being a total jerk about it, was right that letting Ed do his own scam was a bad idea considering what happens at the end of the episode.

* ComicallyMissingThePoint: When Ed tells everyone Evil Tim will make them pay with their brains, Eddy asks "Brains? What are we gonna do with brains?". Edd actually smirks at Eddy for missing the context behind that statement.

Added DiffLines:

* OhCrap: Rolf apparently recognizes Ed's curse somehow, since he immediately panics when he sees Ed tear apart Mr. Yum Yum (or as Rolf puts it "bitten the belly of a stuffed hand cloth") and immediately declares he and all the kids must hide inside Bobo for encouragement and protection.
* PhraseCatcher: When Kevin sees Rolf's pet clam Bobo he asks "Is that a giant clam?", then after Rolf stuffs himself and the kids in Bobo before running away in fear of Ed's curse, Double D asks "Was that a giant clam?" in the same confused tone.

After Eddy's latest scam ends up in a failure, Ed suddenly ends up with his own idea for a scam. Although refusing at first, Double D manages to convince Eddy to go along with it. However, as Ed's scam gets increasingly more convoluted, the duo begin to regret their decision.

* DramaticDrop: Double D does this with the Rock he was holding after Ed asks him what the rock was for....after he told Double D to place it somewhere.
* JerkassHasAPoint: Eddy, though he was being a total jerk about it, was right that letting Ed do his own scam was a bad idea considering what happens at the end of the episode.
* MaybeMagicMaybeMundane: At the end of the episode, the Eds end up being swarmed by a horde of crows. Whether or not this is because of Ed's attempt to reenact the curse from one of his comics or the birds migrating is left in the air; although given Rolf's panicked reaction to seeing Ed attempting to enact the curse and getting most of the kids out of the area...
* MissingStepsPlan: Just how Ed planned to scam the kids out of their quarters by enacting the curse is a mystery; of course, given that it's [[TheDitz Ed]], he probably didn't think of that in the first place.
* RageBreakingPoint: Eddy hits his when Ed makes it clear he wasn't fully aware they were supposed to take the kids' money.
