'''Inner City''' is the third district investigated in ''VideoGame/CriminalCasePacificBay''.

Primarily based on San Francisco, Inner City is the home of [[UsefulNotes/MeltingPot thousands of immigrants]] that have arrived to Pacific Bay looking for a better life. Chinese, Jewish, Serbian, Irish, Russian, Italian, and many other foreign communities have settled in these suburbs, which are known for always having a celebration or festival going on.

Inner City primarily focuses on settling a growing community feud between the Chinese and Russian communities of the district before it escalates into a full-blown MobWar. Along the way, an anarchist group known as Inner Chaos decides to return from their years-long inactive period with the purpose of stirring the flames of said feud and create chaos in the streets, all whilst a mysterious criminal starts stealing organs among various deceased bodies.
