Eventually when Numbuh 5 asks if he can just read it to them since Numbuh 1 is acting a bit crazy at the moment, he asks for some proof first before he bends the rules. When he immediately gets some though with Numbuh 1 busting screaming wildly in with Mr. White, a pair of underwear, on his head, Numbuh 65.3 is shocked and agrees to read the message without him.
