Replacing giant summaries with synopsis from the main Recap page.

One day at Alfred's house, he's grinding coffee beans and is shocked to hear somebody has been condemned to twenty years in jail Twenty in the english dub, twenty-six in the finnish dub. Henk says he deserves it but Alfred protests, asking if he doesn't think it's a bit too long. Henk says he could have gotten the death penalty years ago and it would've been suitable, while Alfred thinks about how horrible it is to spend 20 years in prison.

In the prison Dolf is alone in a large room, inside a round, high cage that looks a bit like a birdcage. He paces back and forth, before calling for a guard. The guard, Geppe, runs over panting and asks if he can help "mr. president". Dolf tells him to stop calling him that, and when Geppe sputters Dolf says that presidents don't usually wear prison shirts. Geppe looks sad, but Dolf tells him he won't be there long. He then tells Geppe he wants some strawberries for dessert tonight, and Geppe says he will arrange that. Geppe asks if there's anything else he needs, and Dolf asks for pencil and paper because he wants to write. Geppe clicks his heels and Dolf tells him to be off, but when Geppe starts walking away Dolf calls after him. Geppe turns and Dolf tells him he wants Geppe to know he's very glad to have had him as his chancellor. Geppe thanks him and clicks his heels, doing a salute that looks like the roman salute facing to the side, and says "Dolf is justice!" and Dolf responds the same way he responded to the original NCP salute.

At Alfred's house Alfred gives Henk a cup of coffee and sits at the living room table with him. Henk says that all of Dolf's political ambitions, not to mention his criminal activities, have been thwarted by Alfred every time. Alfred tells him he didn't do it alone, claiming it happened just because all the people of Waterland were clever enough to see right through him. Henk says he guesses it depends on how you look at it, but the one Dolf resents the most right now is still Alfred. Alfred agrees that Henk is right and is about to drink his coffee, when his eyes suddendly widen in shock and be slams the cup back on the plate, letting out a small panicked scream. Henk asks what it is, and Alfred says he promised to take Winnie to theatre. Henk is shocked, glasses falling into his cup, and panickedly asks what time is it. Alfred starts pacing back and forth in front of the fireplace, agonizing how it's too late and he'll never make it in time. Henk tells him to get going already and hurry. Alfred rushes out of the house and over the hills, and it's evening already. Henk comes out of the house with his sunglasses in his hand and watches Alfred dissappear to the distance.

At the theatre people are already at the door, but Winnie stands on the pavement in front of the stairs. She looks around with an angry expression while the others go inside, but remains outside herself and walks around angrily.

Alfred speeds through the countryside on foot, running to Polderstadt as fast as he can. Meanwhile the phone rings in his house, but there's nobody to answer, not even Henk.

Winnie taps the payphone with her wing in a phone booth, getting increasingly angry. Eventually she slams the phone down and marches out, going back to stand outside the theatre. She fumes in anger (literally, even) while an applause sounds from the theatre. Winnie hears Alfred calling her name and turns sharply, still angry. Alfred is still far away, rounding the block running at full speed. Alfred is still panic and continues yelling her name. Winnie's face twitches in anger and Alfred then accidentally runs past her, crashing into a streetlight. He collapses on the pavement, while Winnie turns away wings crossed and with an offended noise. Alfred, still on the ground, tries to crawl away from the pole but slumps down.

Later when it's already night, Alfred and Winnie walk in the park. Alfred explains thst he was just going to leave home when Henk came over. Winnie walks with her beak turned up and ignores Alfred, who starts walking in front of her and explains that they started talking and the subject of Dolf came up, and then they started talking about all his evil deeds. Alfred starts walking normally next to Winnie, who's still turning her beak up and ignoring him. Alfred explains that time just passed, but Winnie interrupts him by asking who is Alfred most interested in, her or Dolf? Alfred stammers before saying that surely she knows, but Winnie asks which Alfred thinks is more important - babbling about Dolf's affairs, or going to the theatre with her? Alfred tells her that it's of course the latter, and slows down to walk behind her. Winnie is still angry and still walking with her eyes closed, scowling and accusing Alfred of not loving her anymore. Alfred freezes in shock before running after Winnie, walking backwards in front of her and panickedly asks what is she talking about. He tells her they could still have seen most of the play if she had come in when he first arrived.

Winnie stops and looks at him, angrily asking if she would have to come to the theatre in the middle of a play. Alfred looks dejected when she'd see half the play and claims it can't be really enjoyed without the scene where the father's ghost tells Hamlet to avenge his death. Alfred dejectedly says that's better than seeing nothing, but Winnie tells him them being late is a grave insult to Shakespeare. Alfred says that Shakespeare has been dead for a long time, and Winnie shakes in anger. She stomps on the ground and yells at Alfred that he doesn't understand anything about art, and Alfred tiredly says that maybe he doesn't. Winnie starts reddening in anger and says that she can't stand unintelligent people like him. She turns away and stands for a while, before she starts walking away and declaring that she's going home. Alfred is shocked, following her for a few steps and pleading for her not to go. Winnie looks over her shoulder and angrily tells Alfred that she never wants to see him again, saying goodbye and then walking away. Alfred reaches out his wing, quietly saying Winnie's name as she leaves. Alfred is left standing on the road alone, whining sadly.

The next or a later day, Winnie's phone rings. Winnie comes to the main room from the side door and answers it. When Alfred says hi Winnie immediately slams the phone down, causing him to wince. Winnie is about to march away angrily when the phone rings again, she turns to look but ignores it and goes back to the side room.

At his house, Alfred slumps and puts his phone down sadly. Henk asks if Winnie's still angry, Alfred says it looks like that, and Henk tells him to give it time. Frustrated, Alfred paces behind Henk and says he doesn't want to wait anymore, and despairs that it's been a week already. Henk takes off his glasses and tells Alfred he's been away from her for much longer periods. Alfred angrily says that during those periods they've been far from each other, now they don't see each other despite being close by. Alfred pulls his scarf and turns a bit red, wailing that he wants to see her every day and hear her voice. Alfred pulls some more before he starts turning a bit blue, but then suddendly stops and turns to angrily blaming Henk, telling him that if he hadn't started talking about Dolf... Henk puts his glasses back on and tells Alfred to not blame him for this. Alfred turns away and starts pulling his scarf again, furiedly proclaiming that it's Dolf's fault, then. Alfred says that if Dolf hadn't gotten his long sentence... Alfred makes an angry noise but Henk interrupts by telling him to stop already.

At night Alfred sleeps peacefully, but repeats Winnie's name in his sleep, acpicture of her on his nightstand.

At the same time in the prison, Dolf is sawing through the bars of his cage with a file.

Next day Alfred is on the phone, freaking out and asking if Dolf has escaped. Henk, on the other side of the line, tells him to turn on the television quickly. Alfred puts the phone down and walks over. The newscaster is saying that most likely Dolf will try to leave the country, and that's why the police has started guarding all airports, harbors, and border crossings. The television shows footage of Waterland police crowding at an airport, on a harbor pier, and checking all the cars on an overcrowded road. The television then shows an image of Dolf in a white suit and a different mustache, and Alfred glares at it. The newscaster says the authorities have been tipped that somebody working in the prison may have helped Dolf escape. The television then shows stock footage of the NCP, all members inaccurately wearing bicornes and doing a straight-up Nazi salute, and then a photo of Dolf in his first uniform. The newscaster says that there are still loyal NCP supporters left in Waterland, and it's believed they are helping Dolf escape the country. The teapot whistles in Alfred's kitchen.

At Polderstadt university, professor Ramses hands Winnie a dossier and asks her to return it to "him". Winnie says she will and asks if there's a message she should deliver, but Ramses says there's no need because they met just two days ago. Winnie says she'll just deliver the dossier then, and Ramses thanks her. She walks to the door but Ramses calls after her, and tells her that she can tell "him" something. He stands up and pulls his whiskers anxiously, and tells her to tell "him" that Ramses suggested he stop his research concerning the alpha radiator. Ramses gets more determined and says it's because if bad people get hold of the research, it could be used to create a weapon of mass destruction. Winnie promises to tell and smiles at Ramses before walking out.

Winnie walks through the streets to Von Paljas' house and goes right in, knocking on the work room's door. She waits but there's no response and she knocks again, calling Von Paljas' name and then thinking aloud how strange this is because he promised to be there. She wonders if he's gone out and opens the door slowly, asking if Von Paljas is there. A wing suddendly grabs her and pulls her on the floor, and she lets out a small scream. She falls or her knees and wings and looks up, seeing Dolf closing the door and brandishing a gun, telling her to be quiet. Her eyes widen and Dolf growls. Behind Winnie, Von Paljas has been tied to a chair and tells Dolf to let her go. Winnie turns and exclaims, and Von Paljas tells her to not worry about him. Winnie turns to glare at Dolf, saying that he has escaped prison then. Dolf says that of course he did, a man like him doesn't belong in jail. Dolf walks closer and crouches down next to her, asking if she's Alfred's girlfriend. Winnie calmly tells him she is Winnie Wana, and Dolf says he's glad to meet her at last. Winnie turns away and Dolf tells Von Paljas that he's going to ask one last time, where are the blueprints of the alpha beamer? Von Paljas glares at him And turns away, so Dolf tells him that if he isn't going to hear an answer before the count of three, he will shoot Winnie. Von Paljas is shocked and Dolf points the gun at Winnie's head, starting the count. Von Paljas pleads for Dolf to not do it, but he spins the cylinder. Von Paljas starts mumbling and Winnie pleads him not to tell, but Dolf orders her to shut up and gets to three. Von Paljas promises to tell everything and pleads for Dolf to put away the gun. Dolf doesn't move and asks where the blueprints are, and Von Paljas tells him they aren't ready yet. Winnie squeezes her eyes shut, and Dolf angrily asks where they are. Von Paljas lowers his head and gestures to a bookshelf, saying that they're on the bottom shelf. Dolf smiles and drops Winnie, who faints in front of Von Paljas.

Von Paljas calls her name while Dolf ransacks the lowest shelf, throwing everything on the floor. He then finds a dossier, saying that he found it and asks Von Paljas if he's absolutely certain these are the right blueprints. Von Paljas glares at him, telling him that they're the right ones but they aren't finished. Dolf puts the dossier on the table and picks his gun back up, telling Von Paljas that if it turns out they're not the right blue prints, Winnie is going to die. Shocked, Von Paljas looks at the unconscious Winnie and asks what is Dolf going to do to her. Dolf says that he will take her with him, and that he'll ask for the final time if the blueprints are the real thing. Glaring at him, Von Paljas says that of course they are, and leans towards Dolf to proclaim that he won't be taking Winnie anywhere. Dolf says that unfortunately he disagrees, he needs a hostage as a protection against the police when he flees abroad. He looks at Winnie and smiles, saying he is very lucky to have gotten Alfred's girlfriend as the hostage. He laughs and Von Paljas tries to bargain, promising that if Dolf leaves Winnie he won't tell the police who stole the blueprints. Dolf says that Von Paljas can tell the police everything, but only two hours after he has left. Von Paljas asks what he means and Dolf picks up the glass of water from the table and looks at it, saying that Von Paljas will also tell the police he has a hostage he might shoot if they go after him. Von Paljas asks him to think it over some more, but Dolf pours powder into the glass and says he doesn't need to. The powder turns the water pinkish and Dolf tells him that Von Paljas will now take sleeping pills. Von Paljas shakes his head in fear, but Dolf tells him he has nothing to fear and will wake up after two hours, enough time for Dolf to dissappear. He forces Von Paljas to down the entire glass in one go.

Two hours later, crestfallen Alfred exits the police station with inspector Sherlock. Sherlock stops at the end of the stairs and watches Alfred walk away sobbing.

At Alfred's house, Henk is sitting at the living room table with his head in his hand while a rock concert plays on the television. He hears Alfred coming and gets up, and when Alfred sits on the table he asks if the police has any leads. Alfred quietly says that the police hasn't discovered anything. Henk is sure that Dolf has fled the country, and Alfred says that's what the police thinks too. Henk suggests Morena [or is it actually Marina?], but Alfred says the police doesn't think so. Henk wonders why has the police stalled for two days already "couple of days" in the english dub, and Alfred sadly explains they can't get to Dolf because he has a hostage. Henk angrily says that they're just afraid. Alfred slams his fists on the table screaming Winnie's name and holds his head in his wings, asking where she is as if she could answer. He starts sobbing, while the concert goes on in the background. Alfred holds his head up with one wing and Henk breaks the silence by noting that it's Alfred's birthday. Alfred tells him it's nothing, and Henk admits he's right. Alfred turns to look at the television and angrily asks if Henk is watching it, and when he says no tells him to turn it off then. They both get up to turn it off but the television suddendly glitches and Dolf appears, shocking and confusing them both.

Dolf greets the people of Waterland, saying that it really is him but he can't reveal his location. However, he can reveal he's in a country far away. Alfred, still in shock, proclaims that Dolf has hijacked the channel. Dolf leans up close to the camera, and asks if Alfred is watching television. Alfred walks up to the television with his wings in fists, and demands Dolf to bring Winnie back as if he could hear him. Dolf says that Winnie is okay and pushes her in front of the camera, and Alfred calls her name in desperation. Henk walks closer to the television and Winnie says that everything is okay and tells Alfred to not worry. Alfred grabs the television with his wings and calls Winnie's name. Winnie yells that she loves Alfred when Dolf returns to the frame, pushing her out and saying that's enough. Alfred growls and his feathers stick up in anger, with his wings in fists, but is startled and jumps back when Dolf says his name. Dolf tells Alfred he has intervened in his business for far too long and caused himso much damages that he demands 10,000 gold coins as a ransom for Winnie. Alfred is shocked by the amount of money, while Dolf says that he will let Winnie go immediately after getting the money. Dolf says all the peopel watching can witness his promise, and Henk growls at the screen. Dolf says he's quite far away but wants Alfred to come, telling him to stay on the channel to receive instructions in two hours. Alfred shakes in anger again, wings in fists and feathers sticking up, and growls.

Alfred closes the television and curses the ransom price, despairing that it's impossible to gather up 10,000 gold coins. Henk suggests seeing how much they can gather, but Alfred proclaims it'll never be enough. Both jump in fright and scream when the phone suddendly rings, but Alfred answers quickly. Von Paljas, in his working room, explains that he was just watching the television and that it's possible to find out Dolf's location. He tells Alfred to come to the laboratory right away.

Shortly, they rise from the yard in the flying windmill. Von Paljas explains that once Dolf starts talking on the television again, he can use an antenna to catch the waves. Then the data will appear on their screen with extremely precise coordinates of their origin. A satellite dish pushes out of the windmill's exterior and spins around while Von Paljas indicates to Alfred the map of Europe on the computer screen. He zooms somewhere and explains that everything will appear right on the screen's map, where it's easy for him to see Dolf's hiding place. Von Paljas laughs, while Alfred realizes that Dolf is going to appear soon and rushes to the other screen with a frown. While Alfred waits, Von Paljas tells him that because they expect Dolf to be far away, they need to rise high enough to catch his signal. Von Paljas asks if Alfred gets it, but Alfred looks at him seriously and asks what are they going to do if they find Dolf. Von Paljas asks what Alfred wants to do, and he determinedly declares that he will call that country's police and tell them to rush to the location, and they'll get there as fast as they can. The windmill flies away from Polderstadt as it rises higher.

In Dolf's hideout Winnie is tied to a chair with a pillow behind her back, and Dolf paces in front of her. He says that he will force Alfred to walk through a scorching desert for days, carrying a heavy coin sack, until he finally dies. Dolf stops to face Winnie who struggles against the rope, saying that there is no desert. Winnie calls him a liar and Dolf admits that of course there's no desert, saying that he doesn't care how Alfred dies as long as he will die. Dolf leans towards Winnie and makes a creepy face, she turns away and asks where are they anyway This is the finnish dub. In the english dub Winnie tells Dolf she thinks he's mad. Dolf just stands back up and says it's time for a tv show. He walks out of the door while Winnie senselessly yells for Alfred to not believe Dolf, and he laughs before closing the door. After being left alone Winnie struggles against the ropes again, rocking the chair.

In the windmill, the satellite dish is spinning and Alfred and Von Paljas are waiting at the computer screen. Suddendly an alarm starts bleebing and the computer screen goes static, confounding Von Paljas. Alfred walks over to the display screen, which is also showing static until Dolf's image appears. Dolf apologises for making Alfred wait, while Von Paljas immediately gets to work. Dolf asks if Alfred' got the money already, and assumes he was unable to gather the entire sum. Dolf says he can wait, telling Alfred to come tomorrow evening. Alfred glares at the screen, growling and shaking in anger, while Dolf repeats what he said in his earlier broadcast: Alfred will come alone, or he'll never see winnie again. The windmill is above the clouds in Earth's atmosphere and continues searching for the signal, while Dolf claims him and winnie are in a desert. Dolf says it'll be relatively easy for alfred to find his way there, and he'll give him directions. Meanwhile, Von Paljas' computer screen returns to a map of Europe. Dolf tells Alfred that first he needs to fly to Pyramidland, and then drive to a town named Kola in the eastern desert. Von Paljas stares with a dumbfounded face as the computer shows him the Waterland area he showed to Alfred earlier, and then zooms in ever closer to the city. Alfred glances at Von Paljas while Dolf continues that from there Alfred will continue to west on foot, to the Siwa oasis where he will find Dolf's little castle. Alfred yells out angrily, slamming his fists on on the controls. Von Paljas starts laughing, confusing Alfred who asks why does he laugh. Von Paljas says that Dolf is lying out of his ass, he's not abroad! Shocked, Alfred asks where is he then. Von Paljas says that he's just nearby and Alfred rushes up to the computer to see for himself. Von Paljas points at a woodless area in the middle of a forest, where a red spot is blinking on and off, and says Dolf is hiding right there pretty near to Polderstadt. Alfred tells him to get them there quickly, and the windmill starts following the signal.

It's evening at Dolf's hideout, which is a wood-and-bricks tower with a large chunk of the brick lower level missing. Dolf enters a large room with a bed, coffee table, couch, and two armchairs. He muses to himself that he got carried away, and talked too much. He pulls the gun out of his coat and puts it on the bedside table, yawns loudly, and sighes that he's tired. He lies down on the bed and falls asleep in seconds.

Simultaneously, the windmill flies in the forest above the treetops, and Dolf's hideout comes into view. They fly almost directly above it and throw down rope ladder.

Dolf is suddendly in a cave, saying that he wants to dominate the whole world. In front of him deeper in the cave, there's standing an old giant goat in a robe. The goat says that it's time, Dolf says yes and the goat elaborates that when you dominate time you can dominate the world. Dolf says he understands, making a creepy face, and asks the goat to tell him what is the essence of time. A hourglass made of glass ovals balanced on top of another and filled with green sand leaking down appears, and Dolf is there with a bulldozer. He uses the bulldozer to push the hourglass, causing it to get tipped and one of the ellipses to start leaking. The ellipses crack and the green sand puors everywhere and fills the screen. Next Dolf is on a podium with a spotlight on him, saying that it was he who broke the sands of time, and declaring that if they do nothing the Earth will stop revolving, which would mean the end of the world. It's revealed he's in an assembly room with people on every seat, but nobody is doing anything. Dolf tells them he's the only one who can save the planet - in other words, he is most suitable to be the leader of the entire world. The dominator of time, the sole dominator of the entire world and the universe! Suddendly a voice from the audience yells that Dolf can't save the world, and Dolf is taken aback before furiously Dolf by asking who in there seeks to destroy the world. The voice answers that Dolf is the only one who wants to destroy the world and Dolf growls, demanding the speaker to reveal themselves. Alfred stands up on the table and a spotlight is cast on him, while the rest of the audience dissappears into blackness. Alfred declares himself and Dolf grimaces furiously, asking how dare Alfred come here.

In the real world a yellow hand clicks down a revolver's lever, startling Dolf awake. He blinks for a moment, sweaty, and then jumps into a sitting position and is faced with Alfred pointing his own gun at him. He stares with his beak open while Alfred demands to know where Winnie is. Dolf panickedly asks several times how did Alfred find him, but Alfred just glares at him brandishing the gun and ordering Dolf to tell him where Winnie is. Dolf balks at him, telling him to be careful and that it's dangerous to wave guns about, and that the revolver is actually loaded. Alfred leans closer and asks which room, and Dolf stammers that it's the room downstairs, at the end of the hallway. Alfred pushes the gun at Dolf's face and says that if he has done anything bad to her... Dolf says he hasn't laid a hand on her. Alfred takes the gun off Dolf's face but still growls menacingly, while Dolf swears he's telling the truth and pleads for him to believe him. Alfred still holds the gun poised, growling and his face twitching in anger. Dolf makes frightened noises and brings up his shaking wings to shield himself. Alfred suddendly walks to the door without a word, and the confused Dolf asks if he's letting him go. Alfred tells him he doesn't care about him, and walks away. Dolf jumps out of the bed and watches him go.

Alfred runs down the stairs, with the gun in his wing. Simultaneously, Winnie has tipped the chair on the side. She has just gotten out of the ropes somehow and stands up, hearing footsteps outside and grabbing the chair, ready to attack. Alfred slams the door open with a furious expression and for a moment they stand there, staring at each other. Winnie then says Alfred's name and tosses the chair aside, Alfred says her name and they hug, Winnie repeating Alfred's name.

Meanwhile, Dolf jumps out of the second story window and takes a long fall into a bush. He looks around from the bush, guessing that Alfred propably didnt come alone, but can't see anything. Dolf thinks the way looks clear and jumps out of the bush, only for two police helicopters go immediately appear. For a moment Dolf freezes looking up, and then turns his head when he hears the sirens of approaching police cars. He tries to run but they block his way in every direction, and the cops come out of the cars pointing their guns at him. He looks around in shock, face twitching. He has been surrounded.

After nightfall, a bus drops Alfred and Winnie off at a stop before continuing on it's way. They stand around, and Alfred says it's finally just the two of them. Winnie says that's it's propably too late to remind him, but wasn't today his birthday? Alfred says yes and Winnie congratulates him. Alfred thanks her and she suggests that they can "celebrate alone". Alfred is confused and Winnie takes his wing and pulls him along, saying that they're going to celebrate. They walk down the road together.

They arrive at Alfred's dark house, and Alfred peers in through the window before opening the door. He says that Henk could have left the lights on. Once they're both inside and Alfred closes the door, the lights suddendly switch on. They look around in confusion, seeing Henk, Ollie and his family, Winnie's family, Snel, Igor, sir Pen van Kalekoen, colonel Rangpang, professor Ramses, Pikkie, captain Stoppel, Franz Ferdinand, and inspector Sherlock standing around a cake in the living room. They all clap, speaking over each other, and Franz wishes Alfred happy birthday. Alfred and Winnie walk in the middle of the room, and Henk tells him to come closer to blow out the candles. Alfred and Winnie walk to the table together and Alfred takes a deep breath, blowing out all the candles at once. The others clap and give them congratulations.

Everybody starts dancing, Von Paljas and Stoppel leaning on each other and laughing, Ollie and his wife dancing shoulder to shoulder while Pikkie dances alone in front of them, Snel and Ramses dancing next to each other but not together, Rangpang and sir Poen dancing right next to each other, and Henk swaying back and forth on his chair while everybody sings. Alfred and Winnie stand on different sides of the cake, gazing into each others' eyes and their beaks almost touching.

The "camera" zooms away from the outside of Alfred's house while the singing continues, and Alfred shouts out "Pico bello!" for the last time.

Later when it's already night,
Alfred and Winnie walk in the park. get into a fight and break up. Dolf escapes from prison and takes Winnie as a hostage.

Von Paljas promises to tell
does everything he can to find the villain and pleads for Dolf to put away the gun.

Alfred holds his head up with one wing and Henk breaks the silence by noting that
woman before it's Alfred's birthday.

Dolf tells Alfred he has intervened in his business for far
too long and caused himso much damages that he demands 10,000 gold coins as a ransom for Winnie.

The "camera" zooms away from the outside of Alfred's house while the singing continues, and Alfred shouts out "Pico bello!" for the last time.
late.

Dolf says he promises it right in front of all the television watchers, and Henk growls at the screen. Dolf says he's quite far away but wants Alfred to come, telling him to stay on the channel to receive instructions in two hours. Alfred shakes in anger again, wings in fists and feathers sticking up, and growls.

In the windmill

windmill, the satellite dish is spinning and Alfred and Von Paljas are waiting at the computer screen.

* SigningOffCatchphrase: The final line in the series is Alfred's "Pico bello!" In the finnish dub which doesn't use the catchphrases at all - never, in fact - and replaces them with something more specifically situation-appropriate, the final line is "Hip hurraa!", and archetypical party cheer.
* RevolversAreJustBetter: Dolf uses a revolver.
* RecycledAnimation: The same dance animations are recycled right after their first use in the final scene, in the exact same order.
* BackForTheFinale: Ollie and his wife, their kids, Tom, Snel, Igor, sir Poen van Kalekoen, colonel Rangpang, professor Ramses, Pikkie, captain Stoppel, Franz Ferdinand, inspector Sherlock, Kwa Wana, and Blanche Wana.
* SmallNo: Dolf in the finnish dub after the police has surrounded him. It sounds like it was supposed to come out as a BigNo, but it's too quiet for that.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: The alpha beamer is completely ignored immediately after Dolf has made off with the blueprints, and they aren't mentioned at any later point in the episode.
* DoubleEntendre: In the finnish dub Winnie suggests to Alfred that they celebrate his birthday "just the two of us". In a way that sounds like she's propositioning him sexually.
* ArtisticLicenseGunSafety: Alfred hugs Winnie with both arms while he's holding a loaded gun.
* DamselOutOfDistress: Winnie frees herself and gets ready to bludgeon Dolf with a chair when he returns, only for Alfred to show up to rescue her.
* ToothyBird: Dolf in his dream, just before dream!Alfred reveals himself and immediately after.
* Alfred's and Winnie's fight and breakup are never resolved on-screen, or even referred to after she gets kidnapped.
* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: Dolf's dream my or may not signal some kind of a psychological thing, but it's confusing and comes out of the blue during the last five minutes.
* DubNameChange: The city Dolf mentions in his directions that may or may not be made up is called Kola in the finnish dub.
* Dolf's jump over the bush (after jumping out of the window) looks weird, stiff, and exaggerated - nobody has been shown jumping like that.
* CallBack:
** Pyramidland gets mentioned.
** Dolf's world domination dream has a similiar outline to his dream in episode 25 where the NCP rule was falling apart. Both dreams feature Dolf holding a grand speech, only for the audience to dissappear and Alfred alone to remain. However while Alfred in the previous dream clapped for Dolf, the Alfred in this dream stands against him and tells him he only wants to destroy the world.
* The pillow on the chair Winnie had been tied to is nowhere to be seen when she's shown just getting out of the ropes.

* VagueAge: How old is Alfred supposed to be at the end? People have called him young through season 2, but Dolf and Ollie who are about the same age as him are clearly adults by at the very least season 2. Tom being twelve would mean the animals age like humans, but the timeframe of season 2 is very unclear - did everything happen during the same summer, or were there massive timeskips every once in a while, or how many?

While Alfred waits, Von Paljas tells him that because they expect Dolf to be far away, they need to rise high enough to catch his signal. Von Paljas asks if Alfred gets it, but Alfred looks at him seriously and asks what are they going to do if they find Dolf. Von Paljas lowers his head and gestures to a bookshelf, saying that they're on the third shelf.

Dolf says that he will take her with him, and that he'll ask for the final time if the blueprints are the right ones.

Henk comes out of the house with his sunglasses in his ha d and watches Alfred dissappear to the distance.

Alfred is left standing on the road alone.å, whining sadly.

The next or a later day, Winnie's phone rings.

rings.

Two hours later, crestfallen Alfred exits the police station with inspector Sherlock. Sherlock stops at the end of the stairs and watches Alfred walk away sobbing.

Alfred is left standing on the road alone.å, whining sadly.

Alfred tells her that it's of course the latter, and slows down to walk behind her.

Henk comes out of the house with his sunglasses in his ha d and watches Alfred dissappear to the distance.

!! Tropes:
* DancePartyEnding
* SurpriseParty
* LastVillainStand
* BirthdayNotABreak
* FutileHandReach: Alfred reaches out with his wing when Winnie breaks up with him in the park and walks away.
* ShoutOut: Alfred and Winnie were supposed to see Theatre/Hamlet.
* PutOnThePrisonBus: Dolf is last seen when the police surrounds him with guns drawn.
* AmbiguousSituation: Was Dolf arrested again, or could he actually have died?
* UnexpectedCharacter: Geppe (Hermann in english) is a minor NCP character who last appeared in episode 25, so you propably weren't expecting to see him at this point.
* TheRemnant: Geppe and presumably some others are still loyal to Dolf and aid him.
* InexplicablyTailless: Dolf still has a tail. However it dissappears when he wears pants.
* ANaziByAnyOtherName: Geppe appears to straight-up do a Nazi salute, instead of the original NCP salute (which was hand-on-the-heart).
* YourSizeMayVary: Henk appears to suddendly not need a special chair to reach Alfred's living room table.
* When Alfred arrives to the theater, Winnie's head turns in an unrealistic angle for the position the rest of her body is in.
* PlotMandatedBreakup: Alfred and Winnie have an arguably unnecessary-to-the-plot fight. It also feels like an OutOfCharacterMoment for Winnie.
* SeriesContinuityError: The terrain all around Alfred's house and all the way to Polderstadt is supposed to be flat. When Alfred runs to the theatre, there are suddendly hills near his house.
