Jake, for example, gets turned into a teenager with a varsity jacket because Finn sees him as a BigBrotherMentor. Finn, however, is worried that he's transforming his friends into things they don't like to be, and when he turns NEPTR back into a microwave, he has a HeroicBSOD and retreats to the hermit's yurt. Jake reminds him that because he's a good person, he only turns people into good things, and that if he were a bad person, the eyes would turn people into "rats and plops".
* BrickJoke: The eyes turn BMO into an angel and he flies away. When everyone is back to normal in the end, BMO falls from the sky and lands on NEPTR's pie.
