** Hit from ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'' is over 1000 years old.

* ''Manga/FullmetalAlchemist'' has the Really Four Hundred Years Old [[spoiler:Hohenheim]], who perpetually looks in his thirties or forties. The manga also has [[spoiler:Father]], who looks about twenty years older than the former, and [[Anime/FullmetalAlchemist the 2003 anime]] has [[spoiler:Dante, Hohenheim's repudiated wife]]. Most of the homunculi count too, especially [[spoiler:Envy in the anime (400+), Pride/Selim in the manga (400+ but the body of a little boy), and Greed (200+) in most of his incarnations]].
** Ironically, in the manga, the oldest Homunculus, [[spoiler: Pride, has the appearance of a 6-year-old]], whilst the youngest Homunculus [[spoiler: (discounting Ling as the second Greed), is Wrath, the oldest-looking of the Homunculi - who happens to be the only one that actually looks his age.]]

* ''Manga/ArataKangatari'' has Princess Kikuri, who looks 8 years old but is really around 60 years old. There are also the 12 Shinsho, who, when given their Hayagami, stop aging. For example, Kikutsune is over a thousand years old and looks 17. And then there's Kugura, who found his Hayagami Shinado when he was 13, and since then has remained in the form of a 13-year old, despite being older than 300.

* ''Manga/InuYasha'': {{Youkai}} have lifespans that are vastly in excess of human lifespans. Even child characters such as [[{{Kitsune}} Shippou]] have been around for decades despite their biological youth. Teen characters such as Sesshoumaru have been around for centuries. Even a HalfHumanHybrid has an unnaturally long lifespan. The {{canon}} never gives Inuyasha's age, but a flashback to his mother shows she wore the clothes of a Heian noblewoman, and that era died out 500 years before the story's setting ([[{{Filler}} the anime gives him an age of 200]]). [[BigBad Naraku]] [[HalfHumanHybrid himself]] has been around for decades at least.

** The black miko Tsubaki also looked very young, although she was already very old. But with her it is more of a case of [[OlderAsTheyLook Older as they look]].

* From ''Manga/{{Naruto}}'' we have the Toad Sages: Fukasaku, Shima, and the Great Toad Sage. Fukasaku and Shima are ''800 years old'' while the Great Toad Sage is ''1000 years old'', making them the oldest lived beings next to the ''Biju'' which are ''thousands of years old''.

* ''LightNovel/UndefeatedBahamutChronicle'' has the princesses of the Holy Arcadia Empire, who were preserved for centuries via cold sleep. Fugil Arcadia predates them by being alive since the creation of the Ruins, though it's implied his immortality is due to his body being surgically modified.

* ''Manga/DeliciousInDungeon'' hast the residents of [[spoiler: The Golden Kingdom, who were cursed with immortality by the Mad Sorcerer. Though they appear as young humans, all of them are actually centuries old.]]

* The flame hazes in ''Manga/ShakuganNoShana'' are immortal as long as they are not killed in combat. For this reason, there are several flame hazes, which still look very young, but are actually very old.

* The two vampires Sunako and Chizuru in 'Manga/{{Shiki}}'' are also much older than they look. Sunako looks like she's thirteen years old, but she's more than a hundred years old. And Chizuru looks like a young woman of twenty years, but is already over 80 years old.

** Most of the chevaliers are like this as well, but special mention goes to Nathan Mahler, who looks to be in this 20s or 30s but is implied to have been turned not by Diva, but by Diva's mother, who had been dead for so long before Diva's "birth" that her remains had ''fossilized''.

* This pops up in ''Literature/{{Gate}}'' when the main characters from the Special Area are visiting Earth for the first time. After Rory, who looks about 13, is lectured by an ordinary human about respecting her elders, she reveals herself to be 961 years old, having stopped aging once she became a demigoddess. Tuka, who looks maybe 17, turns out to be 165, and as a fairy-type elf, may never experience old age. Subverted with Lelei, who, despite being a genius mage and acting far more mature than the other two, insists she's simply fifteen.
* In ''Anime/BloodPlus'' the two girls are Saya and Diva. They look like they are sixteen years old, but they are vampires and in fact, each of them is over 180 years old.

* Yuko Ichihara from ''Manga/XxxHOLiC'' and ''Manga/TsubasaReservoirChronicle'', both of which have close ties with the [[Manga/CardcaptorSakura aforementioned series]], never mentioned her exact age, but she was on a first name basis with Clow Reed, several hundred years ago. [[spoiler:Clow accidentally [[RealityWarper warped reality]] so that the universe would ignore her death. Once this is undone, 99% of people's memories are edited so that it is as if she died when she died as far as everyone but close friends and relations are concerned.]]

** [[spoiler:All five dragon slayers who were raised by dragons [[note]]Natsu, Gajeel, Wendy, Sting, and Rogue[[/note]] are all around the same age as Zeref. They were orphans (technically for Natsu, who still had Zeref) who were adopted by dragons. After being raised by them for a while, the dragons sealed themselves inside their respective children and brought them forward in time via the Eclipse Gate. The day all the dragons "disappeared" was actually the day the children arrived to the current era. That's why Fried's barrier in the Laxus arc was able to affect Natsu and Gajeel -- they technically are over the age of eighty, since they were born centuries ago]].
** [[spoiler: Though since they were brought forward through time travel and are probably the age they appear to be (uncertain on Natsu on account of him being technically dead for an unknown amount of time) it's likelier that they couldn't get through Fried's barrier because the dragons inside them were older than eighty]].

** Pretty much Tenchi's whole family aside from him. His sister who looks to be in her mid to late 20's is 80. His father is 200 and looks like he is in his early 40's. His Grandmother ([[BerserkButton whom no one should ever call her by that name]]) looks maybe mid 30ish and is well over 700 years old (As does his Grandfather, but he keeps a disguise up to make him look 60-ish). And his great grandmother looks to be in her mid 30's too. The parents of Azusa, emperor of Jurai, Tenchi's great-great-grandparents, show up in GXP and look to be in their 40's. Tenchi's step-great-grandmother, Seto, shows up in the OVA and GXP and looks to be about mid 30's despite being 5,000 years old.

* In ''Manhwa/ChroniclesOfTheCursedSword'', [[MorallyAmbiguousDoctorate Dr.]] [[MadDoctor Laobi]] looks like she's in her mid-twenties, but is late found to be about 150 and [[spoiler: the mother of the BadassGrandpa and OldMaster.]] She keeps herself looking young with [[ForScience Science]].

** The Nameless Namekian separated into Kami and King Piccolo 300 years ago, having already been about 200 when this happened. Non Serial Movie villain Lord Slug and Namekian elder Guru (who actually ''does'' look his age) is also from this time. Oddly enough, prior to remerging with Kami, Piccolo Jr., King Piccolo's reincarnation was about 14 years old (though he had already merged with an older Namekian in the Frieza saga). Namekian merging is... complicated.

* Shinobu from {{VisualNovel/Bakemonogatari}} and its followups has the appearence of an 8 year old, but in reality is over 500 years old. She looked older when [[spoiler:she was a full vampire]] but ''still...''

Though that was [[{{Reincarnation}} in a different lifetime]], which he has no memory of.

* Flora from ''Manga/{{Berserk}}'' in a human witch whose name was mentioned in the Berserk timeline Circa 1000 BBG. In short, she has been around since 1000 years before the main character Guts was born. Her first appearance in the manga showed that she was indeed dying of old age, which meant that she was not immortal.

** Keel Lorentz, the head of [[AncientConspiracy SEELE foundation]], is rumored to be an Eternal Jew himself. Though he leaves enough of the [[HollywoodCyborg high-tech implants ]]during the Instrumentality.

** In the spinoff ''Anime/TenchiMuyoGXP'', Neju turns out to be more than two thousand years old. She plays to the lolicon fetish, teasing Seina (and indirectly all the other girls), such as calling Seina onii-chan. In her case, she's doing it deliberately, partly because she's feeling her years. She's also being naughty because she's had to be a [[ProperLady proper court lady]] for a couple of millennia, and now she's out of the harness and feeling frisky.

* Klan Klang from ''Anime/MacrossFrontier'' is an odd example. In her natural [[AttackOfThe50FootWhatever Zentraedi]] state, she looks the right age (BoobsOfSteel aside), but when [[IncredibleShrinkingMan micronized]] to human size she looks like a 10- or 12-year-old because of a genetic defect. This actually inhibits a potential relationship with her crush [[ChivalrousPervert Mikael]], who points out that if they got together, [[{{Lolicon}} he'd be arrested]] - which earns him a DopeSlap from the unhappy Klan.
