** [[spoiler: Luffy himself literally becomes one after awakening Gear 5 and his Devil Fruit is revealed to actually be a mythical Zoan-Type. The ability to manipulate your body and surroundings using Toon Physics is beyond the abilities of just about any other fruit in the series, especially since it is only limited by Luffy's near-boundless imagination. The fact that the fruit is named after an actual god only reinforces that. One of Luffy's first acts after achieving his awakening is to enlarge his fist to grab Kaido's dragon form and drag him back up to the rooftop to continue their fight, an obscene feat of strength by any measure.

** The [[NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast Black Dragon of the Apocalypse]] Acnologia is quite possibly the closest thing in the setting to one that isn't a full-on deity (and he's actually stronger than ''several'' actual gods). His sheer power makes everyone who sees him, including the likes of [[TheDreaded Zeref]] and [[OurDemonsAreDifferent Mard Geer]], go OhCrap, he ignores everything that's thrown at him (including Magic that's [[NighInvulnerable supposed to be able to kill his kind]]), and he utterly destroys everything that gets in his way. And you know how each Dragon has its own specific element they can not only NoSell, but [[FeedItWithFire eat to restore their strength]]? [[spoiler:His is [[SuperpowerLottery Magic itself]], and in a world of Magic this makes nigh-on ''invincible'']]. [[BigBad Zeref]] himself, the most powerful wizard in the entire setting bar ''none'', says that mere humans, [[spoiler:ironic since the dragon WasOnceAMan himself]], could never hope to match him, and in one BadFuture he manages to TakeOverTheWorld. [[spoiler:Shown in special detail when he shrugs off everything the top mages in Fairy Tail throw at him, kills [[PlayingWithFire Igneel]], Natsu's father and King of the Fire Dragons, by himself (albeit Igneel was [[WorfHadTheFlu greatly weakened from a previous battle with Acnologia]] and ''still'' managed to rip off Acnologia's arm off, though it turns out [[WorfHadTheFlu Acnologia got hit with the weakening bat too thanks to an anti-magic weapon going off]]), and later [[CurbStompBattle tears a hole through]] Dragon Slayer [[AGodAmI God]] [[ArrogantKungFuGuy Serena]] of the [[TheArchmage Four Gods of Isghar and Spriggan Twelve]] [[CurbStompBattle without batting an eye]]. During the final battle, he dominates all seven remaining Dragonslayers with ease and ultimately it requires the direct and/or indirect aid of ''every'' mage on the continent to finally put him in a position to be killed]].
** The Black Wizard Zeref is one of the only beings powerful enough to even be considered a challenge to Acnologia. He was already immortal, a master in the Black Arts which is composed of Living Magic and Death Magic, could stop time, teleport, could enchant anything in the world and considered the strongest wizard in history. But, after attaining Fairy Heart, he becomes a god and gains absolute control over time and space to the point that he can survive any and all attack by turning back time to before he was even injured and the most shocking is that he can even do that when his body is destroyed. In the end, he was beaten by burning time itself so he can't use his power and that still didn't kill him, only ultimately falling [[spoiler:to the mutual [[TouchOfDeath Curse of Ankhseram]] of his love Mavis Vermillion, [[MutualKill which killed them both]].]]

*** [[PieceOfGod Pernida Parnkgjas]] is the animate left hand of the Soul King. Rather appropiately, it possesses seveal godlike abilities, most notably the power of evolution. It has a twin named Mimihagi, who was the right arm of the Soul King, which governs Stagnation.

** King Drasil is the God and ruler of the Digital World, though it’s primary form is a enormous sacred tree called the Server Tree.

*** Pernida Parnkgjas is the animate left hand of the Soul King. Rather appropiately, it possesses seveal godlike abilities, most notably the power of evolution. It has a twin named Mimihagi, who was the right arm of the Soul King, which governs Stagnation.

** Naga after absorbing the Silent Core is another example he’s capable of defeating his sister Wyvern who at the time had the Infinity Core in her.
** The Mechanical Bakugan Farbros is so strong he could match some of the strongest Bakugan at the time.

** Julius is the Clover Kingdom's Wizard King, denoting him as the kingdom's strongest Magic Knight. He's so powerful with his [[TimeMaster Time Magic]] that Licht, an elf, sees him as an all-powerful obstacle sent by nature itself.

** Dragonoid aka Drago is the biggest examples thanks to his many evolutions and gained new power from other sources to defeat other Bakugan with god-like power.

** Dharak is another example, He is the Descendant of the original Dharak and has inherited his ancestors incredible power, he becomes more powerful by evolving into Phantom Dharak and gaining his Mobile Assault mode becoming Dharak Colossus and was able to fight Lumino Dragonoid.

** [[spoiler:Toriko himself gains this status after awakening his Blue Appetite Demon, eating GOD and CENTER and awakening his original White Appetite Demon, Toriko became so powerful that he was able to fight on par with some of the Eight Kings and his father Acacia, and later defeating the latter after finally manifesting the White Demon and easily defeats Neo Acacia with nothing more than a finger. He pretty much became the strongest Gourmet hunter in the world by the end of the series]].

** [[spoiler:Toriko himself becomes this after awakening his Blue Appetite Demon, eating GOD and CENTER and awakening his White Appetite Demon, Toriko became so powerful that he was able to fight on par with some of the Eight Kings and his father Acacia, and later defeating the latter after manifesting the White Demon. He pretty much became the strongest Gourmet hunter in the world by the end of the series]].

** Acacia, is more or less this and he is call the Gourmet God for a reason, [[spoiler:After consuming NEO and GOD he becomes a HumanoidAbomination that was so powerful in battle that not even the Eight Kings can defeat him.]]
** [[spoiler:Toriko himself by the end of the series becomes this after awakening his White Appetite Demon and eating Acacia’s Full Course Meal, he pretty much became this at the end of the series]].

** Sternritter 'V', [[CreepyChild Gremmy Thoumeaux]] claims to be the strongest of the Sternritter, second only to Yhwach himself. This claim is shown to be almost completely justified by both his immeasurable amount of Spiritual Power, and his Schrifft granting him the ability to [[RealityWarper alter reality]] itself to the will of whatever he [[ImaginationBasedSuperpower imagines]]. His power was feared by both Haschwalth and Askin, and he was able to fight on par with Kenpachi Zaraki, a top contender for the title of strongest Soul Reaper in the series. The only reason he lost at all was because he neglected to imagine his body as being as strong as Kenpachi's to contain his overwhelming power.

** The [[EldritchAbomination Ten-Tailed Beast/Juubi]]. Not only it is said to be the progenitor of everything in the world, it can command natural forces as easily as it flicks its fingers, causing earthquakes, twisters, and lightning storms ''simultaneously'', and fire a WaveMotionGun that can nuke ''countries'' from beyond Earth's horizon. The Sage of Six Paths was this trope by becoming its host in the distant past, and the goals of both {{Big Bad}}s, [[spoiler:Obito]], and [[spoiler:Madara]], require them to do the same.

** [[spoiler:After Naruto’s meeting with Hagoromo, he acquires the powers of Six Paths Sage Mode and all nine of the Tailed Beasts, the former amplifies all of his abilities to their absolute peak, and the latter grants him all of their elemental releases]]. It more or less cements Naruto's status as this. The new novels outright state it, with Shikamaru of all people being the one to compare him to a god.

It more or less cements Naruto's status as this. The new novels outright state it, with Shikamaru of all people being the one to compare him to a god.

* Gohan is basically this during certain parts of the series. When he first reached the level of Super Saiyan 2, he outclassed Perfect Cell, who was at the level of the Supreme Kai, and even after seven years of letting his skills rust, he could still fight evenly with Dabura, who was only slightly weaker than Super Perfect Cell. After gaining access to his Ultimate Form, he becomes the first opponent to actually overpower Super Buu handily, who was roughly even with Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, which forced Buu to absorb Gotenks and Piccolo to regain the advantage. Even then, after Gotenks' fusion time ends, Goku muses that Gohan could still beat Buu without resorting to Potara Fusion even with the added power of Piccolo, Goten and Trunks, which was only prevented by Buu absorbing Gohan. In ''Super'', after retraining himself and regaining access to his Ultimate power-up. When he spars with Goku in Episode 90, [[spoiler: he's able to fight evenly his father as a Super Saiyan Blue, and Goku needed to stack Kaioken on top of it to knock him out in one hit]].

** Vegeta manages to become one too after some training from Whis. In his battle against Golden Frieza, he easily defeats him in his Super Saiyan Blue form with no difficulty and during the Tournament of Power he managed to unlock a new form of Super Saiyan Blue that was strong enough to match Jiren and overpower Toppo in his God of Destruction form. [[spoiler: And during his fight with Granola he achieves another new form called Ultra Ego, which seems to draw upon a severe level of self-indulgence in battle, in contrast to Ultra Instinct and in this form, he was able to overpower Granola in battle.]]
